Kate Middleton’s health is not in a good state as she recently suffered “a secret collapse” and has withered to an alarmingly thin 91 pounds, a new tabloid report says.
The Duchess of Cambridge, who is pregnant with her and Prince William’s second child, recently appeared in public for the first time in over a month.
But a royal source told the National Enquirer tabloid in its upcoming November 3 edition that Kate is suffering a health crisis that the Palace is trying to keep hush-hush.
“Kate’s collapse has been hushed up by the palace! It happened one recent morning when she felt dizzy. She’d been up all night vomiting and was weak, but she was trying to go about her morning routine,” the source said.
“Despite doctors’ orders that she have an aide nearby at all times, she didn’t summon help. Kate collapsed – only to be found on the floor a few moments later by one of her staff.”
Kate was determined to be fine after the doctor and William ordered her to be properly checked just in case at a medical facility. They took her to a private facility to avoid the news getting out.
“A checkup showed Kate was fine and so was the baby,” said the source. “But it was a real scare and now William has ordered that she be watched all the time.”

Meanwhile, Kate had been privately recovering from pregnancy sickness hyperemsis gravidarum but has attended public engagements several times this week, including an event at one of her charities, Action on Addiction.
She told a supporter there that she “loved” being out on the town after weeks at home.
“There was talk about the baby, and I thinks someone asked the question, ‘What is it going to be?’ but she didn’t answer,” the supporter, Christoper Holder, told reporters.

“We’re obviously all aware, there was a bit of nervousness that this may not happen with her being here. But we’re so pleased that she’s recovered and she’s here. What she’s done for Action on Addiction is superb in terms of putting it on the map.”
The appearance at the Action event came after Kate and William greeted Tony Tan, the president of Singapore, and his wife Mary, upon their arrival in the United Kingdom. Later that day, she attended an event at the Natural History Museum in London.
