Quick was featured in the promos.
However, there have been moments, whether the writers meant to put them in or Dianna and Mark have been sneaking them in. The moments were very short but they were there. I am here to point out those moments, however sparse they were.
I have posted links to videos or gifs of those scenes after each episode.
There was one(ish) in the first episode, Auditions. Jacob Ben Israel asked Puck if it was true that he had fallen into a depression since Quinn rejected him, to which Puck had no answer and then pushed Jacob away.
The second was in the Britney/Brittany episode, and it was one of those blink and you'll miss it moments, as most of the rest of these will be. The couple was assigned to be dance partners during Toxic and a rather raunchy pose was caught on film:

The fourth was the lovely moment during The Only Exception, where you see Quinn singing the lyrics of the song to Puck, who is gazing up at her:

The fifth was in Grilled Cheezus and was one of the longer ones. This is in the scene where Puck sings Only the Good Die Young and (kind of) serenades Quinn:

The next is in the Substitute. In the background you can see Quinn and Puck were paired up to be dance partners (which happens often throughout the season) and they have a teensy moment at one point:

Then Quick moments are dry(er) than they have been, and we get basically nothing except a lot of Suinn moments (grrr). Finally, there is a rather large (pardon the pun) scene during Puck's Fat Bottomed Girls. While Puck is supposed to be serenading Lauren, he goofs off with Quinn a lot, and she seems to be staring at his butt the ENTIRE TIME, which made me so happy:

Next up is Blame it on the Alcohol, with the oh-so-popular drunken scenes. Firstly, we have a drunken Quinn yelling at Puck. She yells, "I used to have abs before you knocked me up!" (or something along those lines):

Then, they start dancing and the two dance pretty close:

In general through the party though, she stayed pretty close to him.
Next is during Sexy, where, besides the fact that they are paired up together during Afternoon Delight, they speak to one another. They both join the Celibacy Club and Puck (rather jealously) points out that Quinn has a hickey. She gives a very bad excuse, but Puck sees right through it:

Then we have a teensy moment in Prom Queen, where they goof off a bit:

At the ending, please enjoy some other teensy, tiny moments.
Don't let our ship sink. I believe we have Mark Salling and maybe Dianna Agron on our side. They will remind RIB of our existence eventually and we WILL get more Quick.
