Chapter Eight



Edward POV


“Alice please calm down. What did you see?” I asked again.

“I – I saw Rosalie...” Alice sobbed. “Edward I saw Victoria too.”

So Victoria was involved after all?

“Alice how did you even see her? Wouldn't Hayley's shield block you from seeing that?”

“ Edward I'm not lying. I don't why I was able to see that. Maybe Hayley let her shield down.”

“What exactly did you see Alice?” I demanded.

“I saw Victoria and Rosalie talking. Then Victoria went to leave, but Rose grabbed her arm to stop her. Victoria looked angry and then she punched Rose. Rose flew back and smashed against the wall. Then It went black.” She paused. “Then I saw Victoria leave the room, and she told a small blonde haired boy to go get the army. To prepare them for a fight. I looked to see the outcome of that fight, the fight of us against them, and I saw them killing you.”

“Me?” I gasped.

“Yes, Edward you know we can't let that happen. Somehow we have to get them to not fight.”

“We can try, but they were probably taught only to fight. It will be hard to try to change their minds. They are under order to fight.”

“We have to try. I can't, I won't let them kill you.”

“The odds aren't great. You know how hard it will be to make them change their minds, don't you. It's nearly impossible.” I said sorrowful. “Alice I am going to die.”
