You all know the drill by now - I love me some Q&A. These questions were invented by Kelly (shoutout to her). And now:

1. What's your favourite clothing accessory? Rings and earrings, especially big dangly earrings and/or earrings shaped like various objects. I have earrings shaped like peace signs, tigers, snow globes, and crabs, among other things.
2. How do you like your coffee? With milk, plenty of sugar (or at least honey or maple syrup), and some other add-in to give it flavour. My favourite add-in is cocoa powder, closely followed by pumpkin spice blend. (Closes eyes in delightful food memory)
3. Do you love nostalgia? Absolutely! And I mean proper nostalgia, not the kind where someone likes the fashion and the music and stuff but still claims that the modern era has the best values and is the best time to be alive! (That makes me so mad....)
4. What's your favourite milkshake flavour? The same favourite flavour that has my undying loyalty and that I choose for everything – I speak, of course, of chocolate.
5. If you were a dog, what breed would you be? Maybe a poodle, like that quiz I took said. Either that or one of those breeds that looks really small and fluffy, but is actually extremely fiesty. Although I think I'd actually be a cat, not a dog at all.
6. Do you have a sarcastic side? Oh, definitely. The only reason you haven't seen it is because it's pretty hard to be sarcastic on the Internet. No tone of voice or rolling of eyes involved.
7. What are your least favourite music genres? Heavy metal, rap, and anything electronic. I'm also not too fussed about classical. What is the point of a ten-minute song with NO WORDS??
8. What is your least favourite movie genre? Again, just like when answering the question about my favourite movie genre, it's all about how the movie was done. I could like or dislike a movie from any genre depending on what they did with it.
9. Cupcakes or muffins? Sorry, muffins, it's no contest! “Cupcakes are muffins that believe in miracles” - I don't know who said this, but it's a favourite quote.
10. What shades of your favourite colours do you like best? Hm... I never really thought about this before! I just like really bright, vivid shades of any colour, including red and my runners-up pink and orange. The only colour I can think of that I have particular favourite shades of is blue – I like cerulean and the colour of the autumn sky.
11. What's your favourite fruit? Apples. They're so easy to eat; you just grab, wash, and munch. No need to find a utensil, get messy peelings everywhere, or even to sit down. Taste good, too.
12. If you had a boat, what would you name it? I don't know now! Kelly and Antonia took all the best names! (Great boat-naming skills, you two, I am impressed!)
13. If you could turn the ocean into a liquid other than water, which one would you pick? Chocolate milkshake? No – salted caramel milkshake, just to keep the salt theme going! But – we are assuming that all sea life will suddenly be able to survive in this new liquid, right? Okay, good. But really, I don't think I'd want the ocean to be anything other than water. The sound of flowing water is just too soothing... it might be tasty, but I doubt the sound of flowing salted caramel milkshake would be quite the same.
14. What do you value most in life? Happiness, total fulfilment, the ability to be yourself without being censored. And Beatles.
15. What's your favourite holiday? Purim, which as I've said before is the Jewish holiday where you dress up in costume and exchange goodie baskets.
16. Would you rather know the history of every object you touched or be able to talk to animals? Probably talk to animals. I think I'd have more use for that one. The first would be handy if you were a collector of valuable antiques or really liked true stories. It might even be good when vintage shopping, for identifying which pieces were really made in the sixties. But there'd also be too much chance of finding out something I didn't want to hear. No – I think I'll go with talking to animals, and let everyone be impressed by how all these animals are always drawn to me.
17. Do you prefer ice cream cones or snow cones? No contest there, I'll take the ice cream any day. Much creamier and sweeter.
18. What is your favourite mythological animal? I – don't know. I really don't know. I wish I knew, but I can't think of anything!
19. In your opinion, which singer/band has the worst fanbase? I really don't pay attention to other bands' fanbases, to be honest.
20. If the Beatles invited you to spend a day with them, would you accept it? Um – yeah, obviously!

My turn for the Q&A questions! As usual I may not have answered all the same ones as the rest of you, just the ones I felt I could give the most interesting answers to. No point in answering something, for example, where the answer is just "no"... Shall we begin?

If you could be any celebrity, who would it be?
I would be myself but as a celebrity, of course.

What is your favorite junk food?
Chocolate bars or little cakes – but let's not call it “junk”; let's just eat it and enjoy it!

What movie did you see that you were disappointed in, but everyone loved?
Actually, there were two in...

Batman is one of the most popular superheroes of all time. Because of this, he's had more appearances on the big screen than most superheroes.

Batman's first theatrical appearance was 1943's movie serial, starring Lewis Wilson as Batman and Douglas Croft as Robin. Although the serial is mostly forgotten, it was responsible for the creation of Alfred, played by William Austin, and the Batcave.

The second Batman movie serial was 1949's Batman and Robin, starring Robert Lowery as Batman and Johnny Duncan as Robin.

In 1966, a movie based on the Batman television series, called Batman: The Movie,...

My turn for the Summer Tag! Let's begin, shall we?

1. Are you a summer person?
Yes and no – I like summer and winter equally well for different reasons.
2. What is your favorite thing about the summer?
The sun, and getting to sit outside and sunbathe! Also ice cream. I mean, who doesn't love ice cream??
3. Do you stay indoors or outdoors more in the summer?
Depends, I suppose. I like to get outside for the sunlight and air – but not for the bugs!
4. What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
Anything chocolate will do. You get different, equally great flavours from different brands and places, so...
