so basically like you can see all over fanpop which i basically spamed all the walls. (i apologize again) this site is about expressing your opinion and saying hi and offering any support you want to.

so this site came about when i was trying to figure where to offer my support for Japan. i posted on the Christianity wall as well as the Japan wall. then i realised that there isn't exactly a good place to post all of these kind of things. so i decided to create a site.

INTRO:
so i guessing the phrase shout out is pretty self explanatory.
so you can shout out anything you want!!
thing you can do:
-vent your anger
-wish the community merry christmas, happy new year, etc.
-if you want to express your feeling (like just to rant at a wall)
- OFFER CONDOLENCES TO THOSE IN NEED.
-talk about something where u prefer to remain anonymous.
-etc. (i cant think of anymore at the moment)

things you cant do:
please dont
- use this as a place to insult someone for their races, religion, skin color, etc.
and i think that all...

there isn't much you cant do. this is sort of like a place to express yourself a much as you like and so much more. put random thing on the like "i like ducks!" its totally fine. being random is cool ;D lols

i also do realize that most of what will be used this site is the wall but its fine. that the main point of it!!;D
