When we got to Indian Hill we watched the sun set in mostly silence.
So does Cheif Red Hand think that Peter is still a good guy? I asked.
I'm not sure what Dad thinks about Peter. I know he is thinkful for Peter saving Tiger Lily. Nadan said.
Ugh but he didn't! I did! I groaned.
That's what I told my father. He said.
You told Cheif Red Hand that I saved his daughter? I asked.
Yep. He smiled.
What did he say? I asked curiously.
He didn't believe me that girl saved Tiger Lily by herself. He said.
Go figure. I sighed.
I'm sorry. He said.
It's okay, I will just have to find a way to make him believe me. I said.

Nadan's POV
I was furious at Peter for what he did to Carter! He had no right. It was mean and he shouldn't punch girl.
I have to go somewhere. I'll be back later. I said.
She said okay and sat there as the sun went down.
I had to find Peter and tell him he needs to say he is sorry. I went straight to the house where they lived.
Peter, we need to talk. I said as I we to his bunk.
About what? He asked confused.
And Carter! I said.
What about her? He asked.
I don't know, maybe the fact that she came running to me crying. Oh and not to mention the cut across her cheek! I said.
Oh that. He said.
Why did you do that to such a pretty, smart, talented girl? I asked.
Did she only tell you about the part where I punched her? He asked.
No she told me everything from the sword fight till she left. I said.
I don't know why she even wanted to practice sword fighting she's the second best sword fighter here. Peter said.
Because of Hook! I blurted.
Because of Hook? He asked confused.
That's what I'm guessing. I said.
Something is up and you know it. He said.
Let Carter tell you when [i]she it ready[i/]. I said.
Okay I will but why are you even here? Peter asked.
Because Carter came to me crying and I was worried. I said.

I know I do! And I use to think you did to but you're too in love with Wendy to see that. I said.
I thought you was suppose to marry Tiger Lily. He said.
I am but I'm in love with Carter! I said.

Don't tell Carter I was here or any of the other boys. I said.

Because Carter didn't want me to come here and she doesn't want the boys to know that she was crying. I said.
Oh that is so like her. Not to show weakness. He said.

I left and went back to find Carter still sitting in the same spot that she was in when I left.
Cheif Red Hand doesn't want me here. Carter said.
Why do you think that? I asked confused.
He came by with a couple of people and they tried to get me away from here and you. She said.
Oh well, whatever. It doesn't matter. I said.
Okay. She shrugged.
Follow me. I said.
She stood up and followed me to my tent.
You can sleep in here, I have to sleep out here. I said.
No you sleep in here and I'll sleep out there. Indint want to force you out of your tent. She said.
Nah, it's fine. I said.
She looked at me for a minute than said "okay, thank you". Carter went inside my tent and went to sleep.
It was a little harder for me to go to sleep on the ground but I got to look at the stars.
