i'm not sure if they can meet ; Castiel usually comes to talk to Dean in his dreams >_< but i'd love if they did =D

I agree toenie, I think Sam can behold Castiel's true form. Also, it's ironic- Sam has believed in angels long before this, yet he's never seen one. And now he knows that Castiel views him as threat.

That's what I was thinking, Sam is the one who believed and hasn't yet seen an angel :( poor Sammy!!!
Hadn't thought about Sam seeing Castiel's true form. Thinking about it I would love if he could and maybe because of the demon blood in him he will be able to and because of his serious belief!

If Sam and Castiel meet face to face, I hope they won't use their supernatural powers and it won't be the battle of the millennium. Sam's demon blood and his belief will confront with each other and it will be the inner struggle in him between good and evil. But anyways, it would be quite interesting.

I can't wait for them to meet! BUT in a way it seems right. Sam had ruby, the FALLEN angel on his shoulder for a while before her and Dean got properly introduced. So it seems...even? that Dean should have an angel that Sam hasn't met yet =]

It's gonna be awesome when they meet. I think Sam will be slightly scared of him after his and Dean's 'fight' in 4x04. I want to see Castiel's reaction to meeting him, lol.

Also, I don't believe that Sam will be able to see Castiel's true form, because of Sam's demon side. Castiel burned out the eyes of those demons in the diner, so he can do the same to Sam.
