e/o Take Me In Your Arms
Chapter One
It was the personal jokes they shared, his quips and comments that made her laugh. It was that exchange of ideas and theories, and conversations of cases that made her feel like she belonged. But it his warm smile and sly winks from across the room that made her heart skip a beat.
Olivia sat at her desk, pouring over the paperwork for her solved case, one last time. But her mind was most certainly not on the file that needed to be at central booking by morning. It was on the man that sat at the desk opposite her. She looked up for a single moment, but became lost in his eyes. Before she realised she was staring, he looked up too.
"Yee-ah Liv?" He smiled in the dim light of the evening.
"Oh, just wondering whether or not you were..." Becoming flustered, she felt her cheeks go red.
"Hungry, you up for some Chinese El?" She knew he could see right through her. Through her eyes she knew he could see her thoughts, and reading her like a book he said, "How bout I shout dinner, I know a little eat-in place we can go.". She couldn't help but smile.
"We finally caught the bastard." He said with a mouthful of spicy noodles.
"Chew with your mouth closed!" Liv laughed, "God Kathy must have taught you some manners."
"Meh, most of dinner is spent discussing Kathleen's latest escapade." He sighed, his family was slowly disintegrating before his eyes. After the years she had been his partner, Liv had always been jealous of Stabler's family, even as dysfunctional as it was. "Up for some fried ice-cream?" He asked. Thinking for a moment, Liv replied "It's getting late, I should be getting home. And so should you! How long has it been since Kathy saw your ugly mug?" She pushed her finished plate of rice forward and signaled for the bill. "Meh, Kathy's with her mother at the moment. Took the kids with her..." his face fell for a moment, but then smiled. "How 'bout I drop you back at your apartment Liv?" She laughed, "and how far is my apartment from Queens?"
"Only about a 45 minute drive." he sounded so innocent.
"You, go home, go sleep. I'll catch a cab."
"Bull, you can catch cab Stabler. Come on!" Relenting, she followed him up to the carpark.
"Final stop! Chez Liv." She laughed, as she climbed out of his car. Stabler followed her to the door. "What are you stalking me now, El?"
"Mmmmmm no reason." He shrugged.
She was halfway through opening the door when she stopped and turned to him. Theirs eyes met each other as several moments passed. Without warning, he took her in his arms and hugged her long and hard.
"Just so you know, Liv, I'm glad you're my partner."

Olivia was sitting at her desk. So was her partner Elliot. It was quiet. Suddenly Olivia couldnt take it anymore. "THATS IT!!!!!" she yelled. Olivia got up, jumped over her desk and started making out with Elliot. "Its about time" everyone in the squad said. the squad doors opened and all the E/O shippers ran in. YAAAAY IT FINALLY HAPPENED!!!! some were taking pics, others videos. Some were too shocked to move and others were getting on the computer to Fanpop to write about it. Elliot stood up,picked up Olivia, and said to her "its too crowded in here lets go somewere more private,OK baby?" Elliot carried Olivia out and all the way to Olivia's apartment where they finally "expressed" their feelings for eachother.
