(Yay! finally, i have started! i just have one warning; I can get very graphic, typically in the gory sense; i'm not very good with the 'hot' scenes. With that in mind, enjoy!)
The night was peaceful; the birds were asleep, the bats were flitting around, and the bugs weren't biting. I sighed and leaned back, and let my legs dangle over the cliff edge, looking at violet Telran'cor, full in the sky. The smallest moon, it was the only moon in the sky right now. Its light gave everything a dark hue. Tomorrow would be an important day; two human armies have gathered to fight over our land, thinking it abandoned. My squad would be the only one to fight them, as a test. Afterwards, the survivors of the squad would graduate, gaining the full status of their profession, instead of being a mere Ethenat. As for myself, I would join in the line of succession for the title of kontev, leader of the southern clan. I have a desent advantage; my grandfather is the current kontev. As I lay, staring into the heavens, silence blanketed the area, alerting me that someone was approaching. I slid my hand down to a throwing dagger strapped to my left ankle. in the dark light of the single moon in the sky, I cracked my neck and let fur grow all over my body, helping me blend in. A twig snapped. I whirled around, throwing the dagger, and, using the momentum, jumped off the cliff. i enjoyed a few seconds of free-fall before grabbing the cliff-face, my claws slowing my descent, until I could slid into a cave, halfway down. I started running, following it up. It would be a minute before i would get to the door, so I started thinking about my girl. I had been so surprised that she had said yes, even tho I was the grandson the the chieftain. And she truly fit her name; Raven the Black Rose. At times, she is silent and deadly, but when she's not fighting, she's kind and-
THWACK! I fell down and looked at what had hit me; the rock wall i needed. Wow. I was running faster than normal. I got up and jumped, ledge by ledge, to the rood of the cave. I pressed my ear to it, locating whoever had found me. I grinned, realizing who it was. I rammed open the trap door, leaping twenty feet into the air, and landing on her back. My fangs dug into her pelt before i got off and spun her around. "Hello, Raven." I smirked, kissing her deeply.
