Taylor Swift Article: Taylor Swift is NOT looking for love.

Athough Taylor Swift was linked to the 'Glee' star Cory, the country princess has just claimed that she is too busy and really enjoys her single status but she believes that love will come when she least expects it.
"There's a lot to distract me from dating. I don't really sit around and wallow in being alone. It's in my comfort zone, being single," she said. "I feel that a lot happens to you when you're not looking for it, so I'm not actively looking. I don't have a problem with being single"
When asking why the 'country crooner' claims her relaxed attitude to romance comes from observing her friends and their anxieties over their relationships. She explained, "All my friends in high school would always go from boyfriend to boyfriend and they were never alone because they hated being alone. I never want to be that way"
The "Love Story" singer hopes her celebrity status doesn't scare away potential suitors. She told Top of the Pops magazine, "I don't know how many are scared off. I try to be an approachable person and I don't have a bunch of bodyguards or a big entourage. I'm just a normal person."

vanillamoon08 lol I think that she should stay single for now. That's what she wants, right? And, I agree with her! I'm 16 and never had one boyfriend or a first kiss. Yes, I hate it a lot of the times, but really I think being single is comfortable, and you get more stuff done as well. In fact, I'm actually proud that I haven't been kissed yet. :) And in the meantime I've written a novel that I'm planning on getting published!!!! Also, my friends go from guy to guy too, so I know what she's talking about. :/ It's annoying lol. I try to give them advice like, you know, it's okay to be single for a while, and they're like "Shut up". lol XD But, whatever, it's their life, not mine. Taylor Swift is very real. I like her opinions on a lot of stuff, and I think that she's an excellent role model in a lot of ways. This is including her showing the world that you can be without a boyfriend and still be sooo successful, and that you don't need a guy to be the best you can be. :) So, yeah, she should definitely stay single until she finds that right person for her. :)
