I think it's stupid that everyone believes if you're a rockstar and you die, it's because you were on drugs and overdosed, or died of too much ethanol (alcohol). It's so stupid. Ughhh. Get over yourselves and write the truth. James Sullivan was a great man, who had health problems at a very young age, he can't control his organs. If we could, we would never need doctor's or funerals. If you're one of those people who believe all rockstars are druggies and alcoholics, you are very, very wrong! I know a few rockers, believe it or not, and yes, they drink, but no they aren't alcoholics. No they are not on drugs, yes a few of them LOVE groupies and sex, what man doesn't? But I've never met a rocker who wasn't honest about who he really was. If you want to criticize someone, criticize these rappers who tell you they've had rough lives, but yet before their rap careers they were poor and homeless, they had it so rough, yet, they grew up a child star or the child or a celebrity. It's kind of pathetic. Anyways, back to James Sullivan, he was an amazing man, drummer, friend, and husband. He wanted a family, but was never granted the graces of children. Being on the road limited him, and no, he wasn't a cheater. Leanna loved James/Jimmy/Rev very much, even after his death, never mentioned a single bad word about him. Please let this wonderful, stunning, amaziningly talented man rest in peace. He deserves that much, heaven or hell? who knows where he wanted to be? Either way, he's still rockin' their hearts out for eternity. He may physically be gone, but he will always be in our hearts. He's the one we all wanted to be or wanted to be with. He wasn't perfect but none of us are. I believe he was a hero, he gave a normal life to rock our worlds. He will always be my hero and a big part of my heart. I love him like the best friend I've never met. His lyrics speak to my heart, and that's the point of music. I think I speak for Avenged Sevenfold when I say he reached his goal. Rest In Peace Love , hope to meet you someday!
