how do i move someone from veronaville to strangetown or pleasantville

Put him in a lot and then move the lot to the lot bin. Now if you go to the new town your sims lot should be there. I hope this helps

I think it's some sort of mod or a merged neighborhood. I'm honestly not sure.

I think this action is not available in the sims 2 because each neighbor has its own library unlike the sims 3 where the library is shared.

It's Pleasantview and this can't happen.

You need to move your family with their house. click save house bin (or something like that) so that house can save with your family in a house bin collection. then go to strangetown or where ever u want and u find that house with your family bin in a house bin collection... Hope I helped ; )
