Hi guys, as many of you know that Charmian Carr, who played Liesl Von Trapp in the movie had passed away two days ago. So here is my article on her acting in both The Sound of Music and Evening Primrose.

The Sound of Music

My mother and I absolutely love this movie, I was lucky that I had been to Salzburg to experience the magic of the movie despite that I did not join the tour of the fame movie.
Her acting in this movie was amazing and I can feel that she has a very strong chemistry with Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer, as well as her other cast members and I am glad that they got on well by keeping in contact with each other. Even the reunion with Oprah!

Evening Primrose

This short movie is set with Stephen Sondheim's songs and I was really amaze that she could pull a very good Ella! Also a wonderful performance to Anthony Perkins as Charles, I love the song 'Take Me to the World' too as it was also very sad and at the same time, inspirational.

Auf Wiedersehen

I will definitely watch the Sound of Music again once I am free, may you RIP Charmian!
