Twilight just got lucky: Twilight did get out their first and the books were and are WAY more popular than the vampire diaries books. But the vampire diaries story line is BETTER and well, I absolutely adore twilight but, the vampire diaries is just better all round, acting is awesome and the characters are better, especially DAMON! <3 You know it to be true! posted over a year ago.
