Chris suddenly walked in as Duncan rocked me back and forth in his lap... I felt like a baby... but what's wrong with that? "Uh..." Chris said looking at us. Duncan's eyes got wide and he put his arms behind his back. So did I. "Hey, Sofie. How are you feeling?" Chris smirked. I frowned. "Pretty good.'' I said blandly. "What do you want, Chris?" Duncan asked. "It's time for Sofie's challenge." He said peeking through the flap of the tent. I gasped, and Duncan put his arms around me again. "N-no, wait, she can't-" He said. "It's either that, or elimination." Chris smiled. I sighed....

"Man! This stinks! If Courtney's gone, & if I don't win this case, then I can't be on TDA anymore!!!" duncan said in a sad voice. Well, how could he not. I mean, our lawyer aka Courtney was taken to the hospital for throwing up & fainting. Now no one could be his lawyer!! So I thought long & hard about what was I gonna do.
"WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO!!!!" yelled Spikes. The whole courtroom looked at us.
I tried to ingnore them. "I'll be your lawyer." I said.
"What?" asked a surprised Duncan & Spikes.
"I can do it. I'm Courtney's assistant & I know what we have to do & stuff so...

"Wait, if we don't win the case, no more Duncan on TDA!!!!" I screamed.
"Duncan? Whats wrong?" asked Courtney
"Oh Princess its terrible... What's wrong with you? You look green!" said Duncan worridley.
It was true. Courtney looked as green as Sofie & Izzy's green eyes mixed together.
"You look sick." I said
"Yeah I don't feel so good." she said sickly
then she threw up on Duncan's shirt. It was this disgusting green & orange. EWW!!! It smelled so bad. I thought Duncan was gonna freak! But he held courtney's face up.
"Princess! Princess! Are you OK?!" he asked frantically.
Then she fainted. I don't mean like lightly. I mean like she passed out bad. She fell in Duncan's arms. He freaked bad.
"YO!!! CALL 911!!!" he screamed over & over.
I watched the whole thing in silence. Now if our lawyer was in the hospital & we lose the case, then Duncan can't go on TDA. What are we gonna do?

So it turneds out that the lawyer opposed Duncan & Spikes was the lawyer we were gonna use for our side. the 20 year old that wanted to go out with me, a 15 year old. Mr. Thomas Gibbson. Soon we all grabbed blankets and hopped into the tent to sleep. I laid next to Duncan and watched him sleep. Most of us were awake, but yet his eyes stayed closed. I put my hand on him and smiled. It sent a tingle down my arm to feel him.... a good feeling...

hey its brooke. I just want to say that pretty soon I'm gonna leave fanpop for good. I mean, I thought that people actually liked me. I thought that they read my stories because they actually liked me. I was wrong. I got a letter saying to stop writing these stories. so don't be surprised if I'm gone.
So I'm gonna annoy you all with this news which just makes my life even more a pain, Spikes cut & stiches got an infection.
I went to see him at the hospital & it was pretty gross. I went & talked to him about it.

hey this is the creator of Brooke. Just filling in for Brooke while she & Spikes are cleaning this restaurant after starting a food fight. Brooke should talk to you about it next time.
Well, i have seriously considered ending the Brooke series. I mean, they have nothing to do with Duncan & now its starting to be all about Brooke & Spikes. So unless someone makes a fan club for Brooke- which i doubt- I'll stop writing the stories for a while.
Anyway, I will answer some of our readers frequently asked questions.

Q: Why does Duncan frown on Spikes?
