Bella's POV
I couldn't believe what James did. He killed his love. But, I understood that he had no choice. He was a newborn then. Just then, Alicia burst in. "I have some big news"!, she said. "You're not going to believe it"! "What"?, James asked. "I know when the baby will be born"! "When"? "One week". "One week"?, I asked. "Aren't babies born in nine months"? "This is a half-vampire child, Bella. The pregnancy is accelerated". "Oh". Then, it dawned on me. I was going to be a mother in one week. I fainted. When I woke up, James was keeling beside me, checking my pulse. He looked at my face. "Thank God you're alright". And he pulled me up into an embrace. I hugged him back. "I'm fine". Alicia ran into the room. "I can hear what the baby's thinking"! "What is she thinking"? "She loves her daddy's voice". I looked at my stomach. "Well, of course you love his voice, baby. It's the sweetest voice in the whole world". James raised his eyebrows. I blushed. "Well, it is. Apart from Edward's". He rolled his eyes. "I noticed that you both called the baby a 'she'". "We're just hoping". "Maria probably wants me home. I'll see you later". Alicia left. "Well, we're alone"., James said. "Finally"., I agreed. "What do you want to name this baby"? "Edward, if it's a boy". "And if it's a girl"? "Savannah". "I'm going to take care of you and the baby, Bella. I promise". He was silent for a little while and then he spoke again. "I've never felt this way about any other woman. I love you Bella. Forever".
