I woke up with my phone on top of me. I smiled and opened it up. It said I had three missed calls. “Three?” I asked myself in astonishment. I checked to see if there was a number, but there wasn’t. “Must be that freak, last night” I said to myself. I rolled out of bed. I went into the bathroom and had a shower. I fell against the cold tiled wall, letting the water fall down. I then got out and got dressed. I walked down to the kitchen; Charlie was sitting at the table. “Not fishing today?” I asked, he looked up from his paper to me. “No, but Billy is coming over. Are you going to see Jake today?” he asked me, I shook my head. “No he has some stuff to do” I said, he nodded slowly. “But I might go for a walk” I said, he looked at me confused. “Where are you going?” he asked. I smiled and then shrugged. “I don’t know, maybe to the movies or bookstore” I said, he nodded and then pulled out his wallet. “Dad, I don’t need any money” I said, I had about $200 saved. He nodded; I then sat down next to him. “By the way how was the party?” he asked. The night went through my head, kissing Jacob fighting with him and then making up...a lot like a couple would do, I cringed at my thoughts. I signed and then smiled. “Great” I lied. He smiled.” What time did you come home?” he asked. I smiled and then laughed. “11” I told him. His smiled turned smug. “What, Dad?” I asked he smiled. “I talked to Billy, this morning” he told me, I gave him a confused look. “And, that means?” I said he smiled. “Bella, Jacob told Billy about a game and then Billy talked to me” I mouth dropped. I looked away, oh god I thought to myself. “You and Billy gossip like a bunch of old woman” I said, he chuckled. “Are you and Jacob a couple?” he asked, I shot him a glare. “No, it was a game!” I said, getting up and walking off to the kitchen.

I heard the door Bell ring; I got up to go answer it. Billy was standing there with a bag. “Hey Billy” I greeted him. His smiled was wide, I wonder why? I thought. “Bella how are you?” Billy asked. I returned a smiled and then let him in. “I’ve been great, and you?” I said I heard him laugh. “Better now” he said with a smirk on his face, I rolled my eyes as we walked into the living room. “Billy, how are you?” Charlie asked. Billy signed and then looked at me. “Perfect, so what has been going on?” Billy asked Charlie, there was something about his voice that made this sound so rehearsed. “Oh nothing how’s Jacob?” Charlie asked, yep this was their way of not being obvious. Billy pouted. “Well he’s been lonely if only he could get a girlfriend” he said, the corner of his eyes flashed to me. Charlie smiled. “Yeah, but who....?” He asked. I scoffed. “Very funny...ha...ha” They turned to me, Billy smiled. “Bella we didn’t know you were still there” he said, I rolled my eyes. “I’m going for a walk” I said as I grabbed my bag and left. I walked outside, and got into my truck. I signed and then turned the car on.

I stopped at a familiar place. I didn’t know why I was here. I stepped out, I closed the door, and then I bring myself to turn to see the beautiful house. It was just as I had remembered it. I grabbed on to the truck for support. I took a step closer to the house. “Don’t” I heard a familiar velvet voice say. I turned around, to see no one. I was panting now, I fell to the ground. My hand clutched the floor. I started to sob; the tears fell down my face. I didn’t bother wiping them away. “Get up and go home” The voice ordered again. I obeyed and got up, I got in the truck and turned it on. But I wasn’t going home. I drove the La Push beach. I got out and ran out to the tip of a cliff. I fell to the floor. I wasn’t going to jump; I just needed to hear his voice again. It wasn’t working; I signed and shuffled a little closer to the edge. “Bella what are you doing?” I turned to see Jacob. I looked away fast and then shuffled even more closely to the edge. “Bella!” Jacob screamed, he ran over and grabbed me. His crib was tight. I tried to shrug him off. “Jacob let go!” I screamed sobbing into his arm. “Bella, what are you doing at this place?” he asked me. I wondered why he had do ask it wasn’t hard to guess. I opened my mouth to say something, but I stopped. “I don’t know...I was bored” I said. I didn’t want to look at him.

Jacob brought me home, I told him I didn’t want to go thought the front door, and Charlie would just get worried. Jacob carried me to the window. He laid me on my bed. “I’m fine Jake” I assured him; He signed and then started shaking his head. I looked at him, and then I smiled. “You’re funny when you’re angry” I said, I giggled. He looked at me with a confused gaze. He signed and then came over and sat next to me on my bed. His expression was serious now. “Bells, why would you go here?” he asked, I signed. “I don’t know” I lied, he signed and then kissed. “Bella, you can’t do that to me or Charlie” He said. “What would we do without you?” he added. I laughed and then kissed his check. “I wasn’t going to kill myself, Jacob” I told him. He looked at me with that same confused look. “Then what were you doing?” he asked, I signed and then kissed his cheek. “I may tell you later” I told him.

Later on that night after Jacob had left, I sat on my bed, listening to music. I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. I jumped and then pulled the headphone out of my ears. “Hello?” I answered, I heard the same breathing. I scoffed. “What is with you?” I asked no answer. “Bella” I heard a familiar voice say.
