I watched as Jake was pulled to his feet, mouth duck-taped shut, hands tied behind his back. As I watched, a Ramen grabbed me by the hair and looked directly into my eyes.
"Lovebirds?" He chuckeled then. "Too bad you didn't make it!"
I felt my hand be tugged behind my back, tied together with rope. And then I felt a Ramen removing the gear and weapons, adding a a cavity search to the list also!

By the time I pulled up into the garage, I was hyper-ventilating, and shaking form the sobs that racked through me. It hurt very much, but i had come an obvious conclusion. I hated to accept it, but we had to leave. as soon as possible.

I woke up. The sun was shining very bright into my eyes and my body was sparkling. I got up and noticed I was laying in a garden but I know this garden, I know this place. This is Isle Esme, this is my vacation home. The forest is gone and everyone else too, did Edward save me.

I tried to go back to what I had been thinking about before, but I found myself caught up in the little changes of expression on her face. Again, I wanted to know what she was thinking, but I was used to that. I had always wanted to know what she was thinking.

This chapter is a flashback from the time when Bella’s parents died. Bella’s mum’s POV. (Renée’s POV)
