I've had the idea to make this spot for a long time, but I never got around to it until now, mainly because there were a couple of singular spots for a particular woman's magazine already and I didn't know how it would take, however the 'Women's Magazines' spot is now my eighteenth one and I'm very proud of it, not to sound vain, I just never thought it would happen.
I chose the spot banner and icon with a very soft focus look rather that in bright colors, and I'm pleased with the result, I didn't want to use a specific magazine cover for the icon (to avoid confusion) so I chose a Versace model instead.
I always write an article about each spot, to give an overview of what it's about, then people can have a better idea if they want to join the spot or not.
I'm sure that a lot of girls and women will like this spot and maybe even some men, I've had many a boyfriend in the past beat me to my stash of magazines before I've had a chance to turn a page.
I mainly read magazines such as That's Life and Women's Weekly these days, okay so maybe I'm boring, but Cosmo and Cleo are way out of my price range now.
So I hope that some of you like this spot, creating the banner, icon and adding images was enough work for me, for now, not to mention my first fan pick question 'Favorite Magazine?' that took a lot of time and image cropping, something I'm finally getting used to.
