This Is A Story Story Based On A Couple I Am Writing In Another Story, I wanna see if I can Get The Chemistry Right. Kal Is A Healer, He Has The Power To Heal People And Is Connected With Heaven. Like An Angel But Less Powerful. Aria Is Half Healer, But More Powerful, She Could Even Be Deadly.
Part 1
Aria sat outside her house rocking back and forth on her porch swing, the only sound was the squeaking of the rusting chains. The sky was darkening into a peaceful cloudless night, and it seemed like the things around her, did not want to ruin it. She never moved her gaze from the small little pond she and her brothers had made a few years back. A few small fish swam, completely oblivious to the human world around them, if only Aria could be so lucky. They were peaceful, small animals that could barely keep a thought in their mind for more than a second.
If only she could do something like that, forget her problems, but that was never an option.
But tonight, she was not to be bothered by those things, she was going to smile, and nodded, say ‘I’m fine’ and fool them into believe it. Because they would believe it weather she was convincing or not, because they were done caring.
“Aria?” Toby came outside quietly and sat down next to her, the same weak smile he always had. And he was going to be doing the same fake smile crap as Aria. With a sigh she looked up him, finally removing her eyes from the pond. “We best get ready” He was not pleased about the engagement they were about to go to. Something they never did, fancy dresses, and clean fit tuxes, nothing to their liking.
Without a word, Aria nodded and stood up walking into the house and up to her bedroom. The dress she was wearing was draped over her mirror; she had been dreading the moment she had to put the thing on. It was a beautiful black dress, something you would find in a wedding catalog. It was strapless with a tight middle, there was no design but it slid into a bottom that had about three levels of black waves that flowed to the floor.
She had not picked it out, it belonged to her mother, something that was about twenty years old, and it still looked ‘in style’ today. This was one of the only things of her mother’s she had ever touched. As a child her father had forbid her to even mention her mother. He somehow blamed Aria for her mother’s death, although she was a small child when her mother fell ill and died.
Shaking her head, Aria grabbed the dress and dragged it to the bathroom that was connected to her room. She stared at her hair that fell lifelessly to she shoulders, she was not the best with her hair, but for what she did, she did not need to worry about her makeup or hair. It would just get messed up during the job. Deciding she would put it up, she got to work, picking at it, and making sure she did it right. Then she slipped the dress on and struggled to walk down the stairs.
She refused to wear heals, that was something she was never good at.
“I could barely recognize you” Toby teased as he met her at the end of the stair case, “I was about to grab my salt,” Aria laughed along with him, as they walked into the leaving room so Aria could grab her purse.
“Don’t let me forget this” She said to Toby as she threw the strap over her shoulder. Knowing very well she was always forgetting it, she had certain things in it that most people would find - appalling. As they were about to head to the car, a low pop came from behind them. They bother turned to meet Kal, his face covered in shock as he looked the two over.
“Am I interrupting something?” He asked staring at them like they were aliens. His eyes met Aria’s for a moment, but she looked away knowing she would blush, which was not something she did very often.
“No” Aria smiled at the sight of him, but she did not let the smile stay long, “We are just off to a party, as you can see, it’s not our usual style.” She grumbled.
“Why don’t you join us? It would be nice, you would definitely make it less boring” Toby laughed, and his words were true, Kal always brought certain energy to anything. Plus, Toby needed a drinking buddy, Aria now he would not last the night without a few drinks.
“I have never been to anything like this, it seems like it is very different from what I have seen. I fear I may mess things up for the two of you. Are you sure?” Toby rubbed his chin for affect and looked Kal over, what he was wearing was almost perfect.
“I think you are good, but be careful how you take things, stay by us, and if you are unsure of what to do, then just ask one of us.”
“With pleasure,” He smiled at Toby then Aria, both smiled back, and Aria’s night got a little bit better.

you seek for spark of hope.
Your life held by
darkness thoughts,
anchor is
some place else.
Bad luck follows you
like a hook,
won't let you go,
won't leave you alone.
You smile today,
and cry whole eternity,
like that's your fate,
disturbing thoughts
to lie inside of you,
to take away everything
that you hope for.
Devil is calling your name,
leaves you not,
you don't see the angel on
your shoulder,
trying to give you a strength.
You long for life
that you don't know of,
you seek for peace,
trying to get away
from misty forest
that stains your heart
into black.
