Villian Name: Vile
Age: 19
Appearance: dirty blonde hair and green eyes.
Relations: Lucas Story is his younger brother.
Powers/Skills: he has viles that he keeps with him that give him strength and power. Depending on his intake of the substance the more power he gains. Combat skills.
Personality: he is very self centered and only benefits himself, though he secretley has a heart he tries to take over that feeling by greed and power.
Villian suit: he wears army paint on his cheeks and has a black hooded jacket, with black pants and combat boots and fingerless black gloves. He wears a sash that can hold thousands of viles filled with the substance he uses to become stronger.
Past: He was WhiteShadow but found that that wasnt enough for him, he moved on to this new ID and became Vile. He always hated how his brother was granted those powers and he wasnt. He became obsessed with this substance and was never able to stop taking it becuase of the powers he gained from it. ( ex. super strength, immortality to fire and bullets )
Others: He has it in for his brother and the people he cares about. The viles sometimes take the colour out of his hair and eyes but it eventually regains its natural colour.

Batman and Robin come to Dakota to hunt down the Joker. Naturally, Static makes every mistake possible. :D. I believe this has all happened to one of us at one point or another. (Without the masks and capes.)
Batman plays a big part in Static Shock. For a first introduction, not bad.

Summary: Virgil gets accepted into the Vanmoor Institute only to find out he is being used as a tool to capture Static by geniuses Mr. Specs and Mr. Trapper, both of whom work for Edwin Alva. However, Virgil gets a new friend and ally in his fellow student Daisy Watkins.
Okay. Wow. I can even remember how many important characters and recurring characters are brought in today. Of course, this may seem familiar if you read the New 52 Static Shock series where Virgil joins Star Labs. Sorta similar, but still different. Enjoy and have a great day!!!
