"please read the first story before this one thank you"

jack looked at fangs "you cant stay here kid you will be safer with the pack come back with me and we will take care of you." fangs looked up from the ground and finally gave in realizing that waiting for something that would never happen was useless. when they got back to the pack leaders den jacks wife Donna greeted them fangs looked at her she had yellow fur and green eyes she had more of a calm and wise attitude she was known as the wisest wolf in all of the pack. They all ate some of the caribou they hunted. fangs ate the first real meal he had in days "thank you for the food fangs said softly but what am i supposed to do now i have nowhere to go?"

the pack leader thought about it for a moment "well you could live here with us me Donna and maria" fangs was not aware that Maria was the pack leaders daughter for his parents have never spoken of her and fangs has never seen her before. " I appreciate the offer" fangs exclaimed" but i would hate to be a bother and besides i could always go and live back in the cave" Donna walked to fangs and smiled" nonsense child you will live here with us and we will take care of you now" fangs accepted the offer after thinking about it and moved into the den to live with jacks family. Fangs was more comfortable now but not happy in fact he was angry. Angry at the eastern wolves and angry at himself he felt as if it was his fault he thought to himself "if only i was stronger i could have protected them i could have stopped those damn eastern wolves!" it was night time now and as fang's eyes were closed thinking to himself maria walks up to him smiling as she usually does around fangs "hi fangs i was wondering if you maybe wanted to come to the lake with me?" she blushed slightly fangs looked over to her "ya sure" as they walked down to the lake together maria kept looking at fangs through the corner of her eye wishing he would say something but he just had this upset look on his face.

when they reached the lake fangs realized how happy maria was "this is a very nice spot" fangs said maria looked over happy he finally said something "this is my favorite spot i come down here every night to watch the stars and look at the lake." fangs took a look and noticed how beautiful it was the way the stars and the moon reflected off the water. "it is very nice" he said astonished by the scenery's beauty maria moved closer to fangs and cuddled up against him. Fangs blushed, maria noticed and giggled hiding her face with her tail. "your cute" she said and giggled again, fangs started to feel what he felt when he first met maria at the cave. for the next hour or so fangs and maria sat there at the lake cuddling and enjoying the scenery eventually jack came down and asked them to come back to the den he said tomorrow was going to be a busy day and they had to be up early so they did as they were told and went back to the den and fell asleep next to each
other

maria had dreams of her and fangs time together but no matter how much fun fangs had that night he only dreamed of the terrible night thinking of getting revenge on the eastern wolves. He woke up in the middle of the night shaking he looked around and remembered where he was maria woke up and saw fangs awake. "what are you doing?" he looked over to her quickly "i...i just had a bad dream its fine" she licked behind his ear"its alright just go back to sleep"
