Steele is a good Guy. Ralph cusses.

Star was sitting on the couch watching TV when a commercial came on for a place called snug harbor.
“That looks cool. There’s even boats there.”
Literally the second after the commercial ended, a news flash came on.
“The dog Nikki that was recently assassinated by Steele, is back alive! I repeat, he is back alive!”
“I’m buying a phone for that guy.”
Star went to the phone store and bought a phone for Nikki. He went to Nikki’s house.
“Hey Nikki, I bought you a phone.”
“Thank youse.”
“No problem.”
“I have some apologizing to do’s. I’m sorry I’ve been so mean to youse, and I just want youse to except my apology dere.”
“Apology excepted.”
“You know, I always thought I was better than youse, but you’re the nicer, more forgiving one.”
“Thanks.”
“Youse are welcome.”
“Did I tell you that Kaltag and I are brothers?”
“No, that’s cool.”
“By the way, we’re going to California to go camping.”
“That’s cool.”
“Remember you have that phone.”
“I will.”
Star went out to tell Kaltag but Kaltag reminded him he had the phone. He went home and texted the dogs about where they were going. He found an airline called World Airways. He texted the dogs about that too. He wrote a letter to Ralph about where he was going.
The next day Ralph flew the dogs to Anchorage to board the World Airways MD-11. It was larger than the A330 which was the biggest plane all of the dogs flew on. The plane flew to Sacramento, where they boarded a small Cessna 406. They flew to the Rio Vista regional airport. In Rio Vista the dogs were picked up by a guy in a Nissan Armada. To the dog’s surprise it was Ralph. In fact it was Star’s car. It’s by far the best car Star has had. The Nissan Armada had a TV system, a GPS map, towing capacity of a half a ton and almost anything you could imagine!
In Rio Vista they rented a boat and drove to a ferry that crossed the Sacramento River to Ryer Island, where snug harbor was. They drove for a quarter of a mile until they reached a road that headed into snug harbor. They could see a water way next to it, called Steamboat Slough. About 2 minutes later, they reached a gate for snug harbor. Ralph called the manager of the park.
“Hello.” the park manager said.
“Hi,” Ralph said, “I’m here to rent a space for the week.”
“The whole week?”
“Yes.”
“Ok, go up to the office to register.”
Ralph drove up to the office to register. The dogs got out and looked around. There were RV’s that ranged from 45 foot fifth wheels to 12 foot pop-ups. There were boats that ranged from sailboats to 40 foot yachts to 70 mph speedboats to skiboats. Ralph arranged a spot that had a small cabin called a snuggle-inn.
“The manager’s name is Jean. The woman’s name is Vicky. So when we settle in we’ll launch the boat.”
The dogs helped Ralph unload, and they settled in.
“Let’s go launch the boat!” Ralph yelled.
Ralph was in the car pulling the boat back, Star was driving the boat, Nikki ready to real the rope out, Kaltag releasing the boat, and Balto, Jenna, and Steele at the dock ready to pull the boat in. After the boat was in, everyone settled in.
The next morning the dogs set out on the boat. Ralph new that, until they got out of the area of snug harbor, to only go about 5 mph. But when they sped up, they were having so much fun. Once they reached the Sacramento river, they turned left and saw a bridge. About 200 yard after they passed the bridge, Nikki was standing on the engine compartment lid. A good amount of air, gathered right under Nikki’s chest and launched him out of the boat.
Ralph didn’t know what just happened, so Star jumped out and went to save Nikki. Ralph saw Star jump out, and turned around. Star, from the water, jumped onto the boat. He helped Nikki up after he was done. About 20 minutes later, Ralph stopped the boat and anchored. They listened to mostly Metallica songs while anchored. After that, they went back to Steamboat Slough.
“Hey, Star, I’m going to have you drive. I’m in the mood for wakeboarding. Kaltag, you hold the flag.”
Star got in control, and drove Ralph around. After that, they headed back to Snug Harbor. That night they had a fire, and roasted marshmallows. After a little while Star pulled out 7 light sticks from his car and gave them to each of the dogs to play with. There were a lot of kids out that night. After the dogs played and explored around a little bit, they went to the docked boat and hung out there. They all forgot the next day was the 4th of July.
The next day they went on the boat and saw a place called “The Point.” They decided to eat there. Ralph tried to dock at the dock right in front of the restaurant, but it was to big, so Ralph went to the back and docked there. They went in and were seated.
“This is the best, the most delicious, the awesomest…” Kaltag ranted.
“This is good,”
Kaltag didn’t even have to try not to hit Star because he was his new brother. Instead, he hugged Star. That made Star drop a fry. Just then a large horn sounded right next to them. A yacht was coming out from the back.
After they were done there, they went into town to get ice cream. After that, they went back to the boat. The dogs ran into the little cabin, went up to a bed and all clasped in unison. Ralph went and watched MTV, his favorite channel.
That night the dogs and Ralph set out on the boat to go watch fireworks. The firework show was in Antioch, at 9:00 p.m. The firework show lasted about 30 minutes. But when they started heading back it was almost 10:00.
“I can’t see a damn thing!” Ralph said.
Balto was at the front of the boat aiming the flashlight so Ralph could see. There were massive waves, that the boat could hardly handle. There was a giant old rusty anchored barge right in the path of the boat. Ralph saw it at last minute and just inches from collision, made a 160 degree turn, which is really hard to do as quick as Ralph did.
“So damn close to collision.”
“I’m scared,” Dixie whimpered.
“I know, I’m on top of you and holding on to you, so don’t worry.”
Steele and Kaltag were assisting Balto, at the front, or the bow. The rear is the stern, the left is the port, and the right is the starboard. The boat is a bow rider, where there are seats at the front, so the 3 dogs are aiming the light out. Nikki was in, where the cooler is supposed to be, under the bench seat, making sure he won’t fly out. Jenna was sitting in the passenger seat, holding on for dear life. About 5 minutes later, Ralph saw the Rio Vista bridge.
“Hell yes! We’re in the clear.”
They got onto Steamboat Slough and boated back to Snug Harbor.
“That was some night.” Star said.
“I know,” Kaltag replied as he laid down.
Ralph was wired. He was up all night, even after what happened. Star woke up to see Ralph making pancakes.
“Good morning, Star!” Ralph said in a cheerful voice, which was rare.
Star woke Dixie up, and then his brother. Then he woke the rest of the dogs up.
The dogs sat down, ate and then went to explore more. Toward the end of Snug Harbor, the dogs saw a beach that went out into Steamboat Slough. The dogs went to get Ralph so they could go swimming. It was sandy. The dogs took turns being buried in the sand. There was a line, indicating where swimmers shouldn’t go past. Star was too stupid to stay behind the line. He nearly got hit by a boat. Star got scared and swam aimlessly to the swim area, but he hit the dock instead.
“I see 5 of me floating above my head.” Star said.
Usually, on the cartoons, we would see 5 stars floating above a persons head, indicating that they were unconscious. That’s what happened to Star, except, he claims that the figure ‘star’ belongs to him.
“I’ll get my brother.” Kaltag said.
He went over to the unconscious Star, and pulled him ashore. Star refused to be buried in sand, so while he was unconscious the dogs took the opportunity to bury him. When he gained consciousness, Star saw the dogs looking at him suspiciously.
“Hey, what’s going on?” Star asked, “Are you high?”
Star looked back at his body.
“HEY!” he yelled.
He couldn’t get out of the sand. He was trying as hard as he could.
“Would someone mind getting me out?”
“What ever you say brother.” Kaltag said.
“Thank you.”
Kaltag got Star out of the sand. Star went into the water to get the extra sand off. After that, the dogs went back to the cabin. Each of them took a shower. A few hours later, the dogs and Ralph went out on the boat but only cruised for a few minutes. They anchored just passed a ferry that was ran by a cable. They listened to a lot of Metallica songs. They also fished. Just then, Ralph’s iPod went dead.
“Crap.” Ralph said.
“I’m gaining pressure again.” Kaltag said.
“Why don’t youse sing a Metallica song dere.”
“Good idea, Nikki.”
“Let’s see, which one should I sing.”
“How about ‘All Nightmare Long.’”
“Good idea. Here it goes”
“Luck runs out

Crawl from the wreckage one more time
Horrific memory twists the mind
Dark, rutted, cold and hard to turn
Path of destruction, feel it burn

Still-life incarnation
Still-life infamy
Hallucination, heresy
Still you run, what's to come?
What's to be?

Cause we hunt you down without mercy
Hunt you down All Nightmare long
Feel us breathe upon your face
Feel us shift, every move we trace

Hunt you down without mercy
Hunt you down all nightmare long, yeah
Luck runs out
You crawl back in, but your luck runs out

Luck runs out

The light that is not light is here
To crush you out with your own fear
You hide, you hide, but will be found
Release your grip without a sound

Still-life immolation
Still-life infamy

Hallucination, heresy
Still you run
What's to come?
What's to be?

Cause we hunt you down without mercy
Hunt you down All Nightmare Long
Feel us breathe upon your face
Feel us shift, every move we trace

Hunt you down without mercy
Hunt you down all nightmare long, yeah
Luck runs out
You crawl back in, but your luck runs out

Ooh”
“How was that?” Kaltag asked.
“Good job, brother.” Star said.
“Thanks.”
“How long is that song?” Steele asked.
“Approximately 7 minutes long.” Balto said.
“Dang.”
Ralph got a pole on his hook.
“Hey dogs, I got one.”
Ralph pulled up the fish.
“Damn, it’s a catfish. I’ll just throw it back.”
About 3 minutes later, Ralph got another bite.
“This better not be a catfish.”
Ralph pulled up the fish. It was a giant trout.
“Sick!” Ralph yelled.
He put the giant fish in a cooler filled with water. After that, Star pulled up the anchor with his brother’s help. They went back to Snug Harbor. Kaltag and Star laid down on the couch and fell asleep together. They were hugging each other really hard, when Balto woke them up.
“Are you two gay?” Balto asked.
“We love each other,” Star said.
“Ok then.”
Ralph picked the two dogs up and put them on the bed. Ralph sat down on the couch so he could watch TV.
When the two woke up, they couldn’t see the dogs or Ralph. They looked outside and saw them on the boat. That night they were up the whole time. They were looking through Snug Harbor at night. After they were done, they went back to the cabin. Star went onto Dixie’s be, and laid on top of her. Dixie woke up and kissed Star.
“Hey Star.” Dixie whispered in a flirty way, “Were you sad when the puppies were given to new owners?”
“Yes.”
“Well should we get more?” Dixie asked as she got on top of Star.
“Yes.”
“OOH I love you Star!” Dixie yelled, waking Kaltag up.
Kaltag went to see what all the racket was. Kaltag was half asleep, but when he saw Star and Dixie he was wide awake. Kaltag threw up in his mouth.
“Star oh, oh.”
Kaltag fainted. Balto woke up and revived Kaltag.
“Stop it Star and Dixie” Balto said, as if he sneezed.
Ralph woke up to Dixie making noise. He went to the sounds and saw Star and Dixie. He stood there totally stunned. After a while Ralph got his concentration back. About 4 hours later the dogs and Ralph got in the car and went to a small town called Walnut Grove. They ate a place called ‘The Pizza Factory.’ After that, they got ice cream at the place next door. They found a place that sold inertubes and bought one. After a while they went back to the cable ferry they used to cross the water. Star rested against Kaltag. When they to Snug Harbor, Kaltag and Star passed out because they were up all night. They woke up an hour later.
“Wake up, Damn it!” Steele yelled.
“What the hell!” Kaltag yelled back.
“It’s time to go on the boat.” Steele said.
“Yay, the boat!” Star said.
Steele, Star, and Kaltag ran to the boat. When they got to the Sacramento river, they saw a peculiar boat that had a bunch of speakers and a lot of amps. The dogs saw Metallica. The boat was more of a barge, but there were a bunch of other boats around. It was almost like a river concert. Ralph went closer, and anchored. After the concert was over, Ralph pulled up the anchor and went pat the Rio Vista bridge a little bit and stopped.
“Anyone wanna go tubing?” Ralph asked.
Star volunteered to go first. He gripped both handles. It was one of those tubes that you lay on your stomach. Ralph accelerated, but Star fell off immediately. Ralph pulled around, and Star jumped on the tube. Ralph accelerated again, Star was close to falling off, but he managed to stay on. When the boat got up to speed, he was in the clear. After a few minutes Ralph stopped, and Star’s arms were sore. Ralph pulled Star onto the boat. It was Kaltag’s turn. This time, Ralph accidentally put the boat into full throttle. Kaltag took off at full speed. Ralph evened out the throttle, so Kaltag would stay on easier. After Kaltag, went Steele. Steele held on with only one hand the whole time. After Steele, was Balto. Balto drifted way of to the side of the boat, where there was no wake, making it hard to hold onto. Balto was also, no more than 2 inches of collision, of a giant yacht. Last came Nikki, who did pretty good.
The girls didn’t go on the tube, they were both too scared. After that, they went into town and got ice cream. Then they went back to Snug Harbor. Kaltag and Star laid down next each other, watching MTV with Ralph. Just then, a news flash came on.
“The world will be ending in 9 hours, due to an undersea volcano. It has already killed all undersea life.    It will end in 6 hours, sorry misread. I’m Stereotype Kibble, reporting.”
“Oh crap!” Star yelled.
Star and Kaltag got scared and held each other close. Dixie joined, so did Steele, Nikki, and Balto. Then joined Ralph.
About 6 hours later the dogs were watching the news. The countdown was on 9.
“5,4,3,2,1... APRIL FOOLS!”
“What the hell? It’s not even April.” Kaltag said.
“Those dumb dicks.” Ralph yelled.
Just then, someone knocked on the door. It was Jean. He told Ralph that the Ryer island ferry was closed. So they had to take an alternate route when they went home. The next day, they packed up the car, and went to the airport, where they boarded the Cessna and flew to Sacramento. From there they boarded the MD-11 and flew to Anchorage. They were home. Or were they? No they weren’t, they didn’t live in Anchorage. They flew the Beechcraft to Nome. Now they’re home.
