The lights of all the small houses in the village were turned off. Only one house was lit, the house of the widow Maurice. Belle, one of Maurice's daughters, was a bookworm. Even though it was night, she was reading fairy tales by the light of a small candle.
"My prince charming," said the princess. They got married right away.'
Belle fell silent after reading that sentence, she had not yet found her prince charming. Of course, all the men of the village were in love with Belle, but Belle wanted to marry a conscientious, respectful and decent man, a prince. She turned the page of the book and smiled. Belle's dream prince.. He was so handsome. But on the last page of the book, there was no text other than "To continue" in bold. Belle could go tomorrow, find the rest of the book in the small library of the village. She was very curious. What or who did the prince of the princess in the book look like? Was the prince blonde or brunette?
Thinking about this, Belle blew out the candle and went to bed, but she couldn't sleep. She was really curious about her Prince Charming. She got up, slipped on her old sandals, and taking a candle with her, she made her way to the library.
The moment she entered the library, Belle was enveloped by the old smell of books. The Librarian was a prince named Adam who was once Belle's Prince Charming (monster). Their breakup was another story entirely... The man glared at Belle and buried his face in the books.
Belle scanned the shelves for the second part of "My Prince," but the book was not there. The shelves were crammed with encyclopedias. Belle suddenly seemed to see the book. But the book was not on the shelf. A young man was holding the book, examining it. The young man was very handsome, and besides, he wore a white, princely uniform. Belle's lower lip trembled in surprise. When the young man saw Belle looking at the book, he approached her and said,
"Were you looking for that, pretty lady?"
He gently placed the book in Belle's hand.
"Who are you too?" ' Belle asked, stammering.
"I'm Prince Charming, from a nearby city." replied the young man, "and I was looking for my princess."
Belle tried to break free from their grasp after bowing to the prince.
"Actually, don't go." said the Prince charming, "Come with me. I…I think I have found my princess. The pleasure of reading is as good as she is."
He brought his lips closer to Belle's. Belle didn't hesitate, she had found her Prince Charming. After a long kiss, they walked together to the prince's carriage, which was waiting outside.
No one had ever seen this, except for one. Someone who used to love Belle. And this person was raging with envy.
