I recently found a strange contradiction in the concept of wizarding money.I'd like to know if my idea is true or if there is a counter-argument against it.

In pg.65 of HP and the Chamber of Secrets,we learn that Muggle money can be exchanged into wizarding money.

We also know that potentially valuable(in a Muggle point of view) objects such as chairs can be Conjured by magic(eg:Dumbledore does this in the courtroom in HP and The Order of the Phoenix).

So any wizard who knows basic Transfiguration can Conjure objects such as chairs, sell them to Muggles to obtain Muggle money and then exchange this money into Galleons, thus obtaining an infinite amount of wealth.

Doesn't this contradict the whole point of wizarding money?

Thanks in advance for any help.

"Of the many fearsome beasts and monsters that roam our land, there is none more curious or more deadly than the Basilisk, known also as the King of Serpents. This snake, which may reach gigantic size, and live many hundreds of years, is born from a chicken's egg, hatched beneath a toad. Its methods of killing are most wondrous, for aside from its deadly and venomous fangs, the Basilisk has a murderous stare, and all who are fixed with the beam of its eye shall suffer instant death. Spiders flee before the Basilisk, for it is their mortal enemy, and the Basilisk flees only from the crowing...

the Fat Friar
the Fat Friar
The Fat Friar was a wizard, who attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in his youth, and was Sorted into Hufflepuff. He was a jolly man and very forgiving. He devoted his life to religion and, after his death, returned to the school as the resident ghost of Hufflepuff House.
As a ghost, the Friar was pearly-white and slightly transparent, like all other ghosts. He had short brown hair, which he wore with a small tonsure. At first sight a monk, he was dressed in a habit held by a rope belt. He was fat and short, and usually carried a mug with him.
The Friar was very cheerful and welcoming,...

I have often been asked about the impact the HARRY POTTER films have had on my life. What's it like growing up in a film set? How have the films changed/shaped you? What's it like to be a celebrity? Have you missed out on a "normal" childhood? These questions and similar ones have preoccupied the world for many years. The simple truth is that I have nver known any different, and so what the world views as unusual is my normality, and I have loved every minute of it.
The cast and the crew of HARRY POTTER films had been my second family for half my life. I have gone from a young ten year oldto...

She stood in a stiff upright position, keeping nervous a very long scarlet feather (as long as a peacock tail feather) in her left hand and a golden gun in her right, right in the middle of a filled court room of the Ministry of Magic and waited. She waited for Fenrir Greyback, the most dangerous werewolf on Earth. She, Clara Clearwater, has to execute that creature, who wasn´t human anymore; who had bitten so many kids in order to create a community of werewolves; who also had killed so many people, witches and wizards if they are against him or - just for fun - Muggles who had not the faintest...

((Note: Even though this is classified as a fanfic, this is a true story, the story of one Potterhead, and the years in which I grew up.))

I'm proud to call myself a Potterhead. It's a title I've justly earned. Especially now. As our first year without Harry Potter draws to a close, all of us think back, back over the journey that brought us here.

My entrance into the world could hardly be called remarkable. The date of my birth wouldn't become widely known for several years. I was born on July 31st, 1993, at 1:25 in the morning.

The first few years of my life are nothing but a blur, now. You...

I thought of all these myself, so don't go saying I copied off of you!

In The Store
#1: Hum Hedwig's Theme or the Sorting Hat's song very loudly, and maybe throw in some spins
#2: Point your wand at everyone you see and mutter spells
#3:Ask the manager if house elves do the cleaning, and if it's dirty, tell him or her that they should get clothes
#4: Ask at a mall cafeteria if they have pumpkin juice
#5: Look for licorice wands at local candy stores
#6: Attempt to withdraw galleons from the bank
#7: Ask if any local stables have hippogriffs or threstrals

At School
#1: Ask you teacher when Potions class starts
#2: Ask lunch ladies for cauldron cakes

If any of you have anything to add, please do so i comments.

Is this ridiculous or what? And will you help?

( This is mostly for people who go on and have heard of the site called Fanfiction.net. My friend asked me to do this )

*This is not spam nor a joke

IMPORTANT: Fan-fiction is deleting
stories than contain yaoi, yuri, lemons, violence, stories based on songs, and any story on the site. My friend is organizing a Black Out Day. On June 23rd(according to GTM timing, so that we know we're doing it together), do NOT go onto fan-fiction. Don't read, don't review don't message your friends, don't update. If
enough people participate, then the site will...
