Grey's Anatomy has a new doctor coming to town.
I can exclusively reveal that former One Tree Hill star Hilarie Burton has signed on for a recurring guest role as a craniofacial specialist who visits the hospital to work on a case.
She'll make her debut in early May.
Sarah Chalke's Grey's role inspired by son's battale with deadly disease
Burton, who first became known for Peyton Sawyer on One Tree Hill after a stint as a host on MTV's Total Request Live, has had a recurring role as Matt Bomer's love interest on USA's White Collar.
"White Collar" star Hilarie Burton may love her role on the USA series, but she still feels nostalgic for her "One Tree Hill" days.
"We were kids when we started," she told TV Guide of "One Tree Hill." "And now it's just this warm feeling of, 'You're the only other person on the planet that knows what it's like to go through that. I miss Chad."
Luckily, Burton has a new on-screen love interest on "White Collar" to tide her over: Matt Bomer. "Matt has been a wonderful second chapter for me because Chad and I had done everything together until I was 27 years old, and...
'I've never studied acting or anything because I've been so lucky with MTV. I'm convinced I got the chance to be on One Tree Hill because I did a guest thing on Dawson's Creek as myself, when the cast appeared at the MTV Beach House. And my only scene was with Chad Michael Murray. So, now the Chad and I are reunited. How bizarre is that?'
'Hugs Not Drugs'
'I was captain of my cheerleading squad in my high school, and I was president of my class and homecoming queen, but I was also into the dark stuff. I went through a weird stage just like Peyton is going through. I...
few weeks ago, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and his baby-mama Hilarie Burton walked their first red carpet together in months. Hilarie gave birth to JDM’s son last year, although the whole thing was very hush-hush, and most people didn’t even know Hilarie was pregnant (much less “pregnant with Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s baby”) at the time. The whole thing seems to be a sketchy situation, and I was honestly surprised that JDM and Hilarie were still together, two years after their relationship “overlapped” with JDM’s relationship with Mary-Louise Parker. Anyway, just to add an extra dash of...
I’ve always wanted to see a White Collar/Castle crossover and it looks like I’m an inch closer to my dream.
White Collar actress Hilarie Burton is set to guest star in an upcoming episode of ABC’s Castle, EW has learned. Burton, who also played Peyton on CW’s One Tree Hill for six seasons, will play Kay Cappuccio, a reality TV star with good looks, charisma, and a knockout bod. According to casting scoop, the tabloid darling has “achieved significant fame and fortune without possessing any discernible skill or talent” and “is famous mostly for being famous.” Sounds like...
We wish we could report that last night, Hilarie Burton told us at the Breaking Dawn premiere that she would be returning to One Tree Hill for the series finale, but alas, she still will be a no-show.
We asked Burton (who attended the premiere with beau Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Grey's Anatomy, Supernatural, Weeds) where she thinks Peyton Scott would be now since driving off into the sunset with her hubby Lucas and their newborn baby.
"She's probably super pregnant with four or five," she tells us. "She's having a Lucas Scott little, I'm sure!"
Jeffrey Dean Morgan who is busy shooting for ‘Magic City’ tells Ian Spelling about his career plans
Air? Who needs to come up for air? Certainly not Jeffrey Dean Morgan. The actor has wrapped four films that will have been released by the end of 2011: The Resident, Texas Killing Fields, Peace, Love & Understanding and The Courier. The long-delayed Red Dawn remake will finally open in 2012, as will The Possession. And right now Morgan is shooting an upcoming cable-television series entitled Magic City.
After winning an audience award at Sundance for teen thriller “To.get.her,” director Erica Dunton is turning her attention to “Plastic Jesus,” an indie written by Bryan Bertino and starring “Twilight Saga” moppet Mackenzie Foy and Chandler Canterbury.
Production is under way in North Carolina on the coming-of-age story in the vein of “Stand By Me,” which follows three small-town kids who encounter mystery, loss and hope. Foy and Canterbury play the two young leads, while Paul Schneider and Hilarie Burton (“One Tree Hill”) will play their parents.
There are a lot of interesting developments during this Tuesday’s episode of White Collar (USA Network, 9/8c), and Hilarie Burton is here to tell us about a few of them – provided she can stop raving about her castmates. “They’re such a generous group of people, and that’s something that should be put out there,” she shares. “They’re just genuine, and when it’s real like that you want to scream it from the rooftops and maBurton indeed has much to cheer about , more than two years after bidding the role of One Tree Hill‘s Peyton adieu. In addition to getting upgraded this...
