Sitting up in bed, Cuddy began breathing heavily after experiencing another nightmare. It was the fifth night in a row that she had these traumatic dreams, and she was now suspecting that it was not a normal dream; it must be something physiological. The first thought that came to her mind was a tumour, she closed her eyes and sighed as she felt an overwhelming surge of pain explode inside her head; it nearly knocked her backwards, but she managed to stay calm and put on her jeans and a loose beige cardigan, which barely covered up her lace cotton pyjama top.
