I picked this because I totally did not see it coming at all. It really surprised the hell out of me.

The fact that they slept together before was just so obvious :) Anyway, I'm with @HouseAddict on this one.

Help Me pretty much left me speechless.

I wasn't that speachless...more like grinning around as an idiot XD

But the most shocking moment for me was the season 5 finale. Maybe because I was so sure the Huddy arc was meant to happen. Don't know. Maybe it's just that, at the time of Help Me, I wasn't keeping my hopes up as the last time.

I'd seen spoilers ahead of time and this still got me. We'd talked about how Help Me could go either way.

I literally stopped breathing as soon as Cuddy showed up. When she said, "All I can think of is you," my heart stopped. I'm now a Huddy Zombie, writing these words with my cold dead fingers.

hallucintaion definitly. I liked how House said he regretted keeping the leg, but it's not really Huddy is it, it would have been my pick otherwise.
I still feel like an idiot for not seeing it coming, that it was a halucination.
