Cuddy's serenade (memories)

It was four in the morning and House was still unable to sleep. The current case seemed unsolvable, and his mood changes were becoming more erratic. Letting out a much needed sigh, House got out of bed and headed to the kitchen.
He knew looking in the fridge would be futile considering all he had was some cottage cheese and a case of beer. Hunger wasn't really the problem anyhow. The problem was that he needed more than another solitary night of sleeplessness and chronic pain. His pain days were getting worse and he knew most of that had to do with the rapid changes to his personal life.
Cuddy...

To be able to breathe out
ones unhappiness

to breathe out deeply
so that one can
breathe in again

And perhaps being able to speak out
ones unhappiness
in words
in real words
which are connected together [coherent]
and make sense
and which oneself
still can understand
and which perhaps even
somebody else understands
or could understand

And to be able to cry

Tom-"Hmmm, what?"
House-"Nothing"
Tom-"Interested in her?"
House"Nope."
Tom-"I'll be right back."
House-"Wwwait, wait, where are you going?" *House said in a very concerned tone.*
Tom-"To get Lisa Cuddy."
Before House could say anything, Tom left to go get Lisa. House watched him as he confronted her, the 'ol so drunk Lisa Cuddy tried to step off of the table. Unfortunately, she was too drunk, and failed miserably. Her face hit the floor. Nobody noticed really, except for Tom and House. House still stood, not knowing whether to go over there or not. He decided he was just going to let her come to...

As they were holding each other scared for House, and they heard the door knock once and then they saw a envelope slide from under the door. Wilson stood up and opened the door but no one there so he just got the envelope and brought it in and sat down.
" What is it?" cuddy said
" I don't know lets find out."
When Wilson opened it a letter fell out and Wilson picked it up. It said;' Please Help Me I Am Lost And Outside!'
When Wilson and Cuddy read that they were baffled until they saw the pictures.
