Sorry this one sucks so bad:( The next one will be better I promise!
Once back at Lisa’s house Hugh carried his backpack full of stuff in and Lisa took the liberty of finishing putting Hugh’s groceries away. Hugh sat at the kitchen table drinking his coffee, as did Lisa. They just stared out the window. “You have a patio?” He asked randomly. “Yeah.” She said. “I never noticed.” He said getting up and walking out. She also had an in-ground pool with some lawn chairs and a hot tub. “This is nice!” He said as he sat in one of the chairs that was next to the pool. She sat in the one next to him and sighed as she laid back. The sun was blinding to most but she had no problems with it, neither did he. “Do you think he will actually come back?” She asked. “I don’t know. Do you think he will?” He asked back. “I think that he will try to come back. But I know that I have you to make him a new asshole.” She said sarcastically. They both grinned. “Well, do you have anything you need to do today?” He asked knowing that she was still shooken up about what just happened and wouldn’t want to go anywhere alone. “Yeah, but it can wait awhile.” She said not wanting to go alone. “I can come if you want, Lisa.” He said. “Thankyou.” She said smiling and standing as did he. She went inside and grabbed her purse and her and Hugh got into his car. ‘Where to?” He asked. “Uh…” She was thinking. “Oh! Just take a left and keep going until I tell you to stop.” She said. “My girlfriends took a trip to Cancun and one of them asked me to feed their dog while she was gone.” She said seeing the questioning look on his face. “Ah. I see. It’s all very clear to me now.” He joked and she giggled. “We really shouldn’t be this happy. I mean we were cheated on. I found out my boyfriend was gay and you found out your faithful wife really isn’t faithful. We shouldn’t be laughing we should be curled up in a ball crying.” She said still with a smile on her face. “I know. But we are not.” He said smiling as well. They arrived shortly after at a small little house and Lisa went inside and called the dog’s name. “Fito! Come here Fito!” She called. A big white Great Pyrenese came running at her and she knelt down and braced herself but it ran past her and out the door over to Hugh who was getting out of the car to see if Lisa needed help with anything. The dog barked at Hugh which made him look up and then before he could do anything the dog had knocked him to the ground. Lisa ran over to find Fito licking Hugh and Hugh laughing. She bent down and grabbed Fito by the collar and pulled him away from Hugh who got up and wiped his face off laughing. “Oh Fito. Are you hungry?” She asked in a baby voice leading him back into the house. She fed him and they headed off to the grocery store. Apparently the stores electricity had screwed up and the whole store was shut down. “So where to now?” He asked. “Well, I really don’t trust anyone else besides this store and Gary’s Wholesale but Gary’s is closed until tomorrow. I guess I can just swing around Gary’s tomorrow after filming. But I do need a shopping trip and I know that’s a lot to ask of you because you’re a man but..” She pleaded. “It’s fine. Just as long as you don’t take 5 hours looking at a handbag.” He joked. “I wouldn’t do that…I would have to spend at least 7 hours for a handbag.” She joked back. So they rode off and they were soon ‘downtown’, as Hugh liked to call it. There were stores on each side and people bustling around so no cars were aloud on that street. They parked the car and got out. “So what’s wrong with your handbag?” Hugh asked. “I have to have a new one for the interview we have Thursday.” She said. ‘We?” He asked. “I mean the crew of House. The one with that new interviewer. Nicole Jockwell, I think her name is.” She said. Hugh then remembered it. “Oh shit! Yes I remember now. It looks like I’ll be doing some shopping as well.” He said sighing. She laughed and they walked into the first store. “I’m going to have to get my outfit first. Then I will find a bag that matches.” She said searching through the racks. “I didn’t know there was a certain order you had to but stuff in.” He said perfectly serious. “Of course you didn’t. Don’t take it so seriously. It’s just because you’re a man.” She said with a smile. Hugh pretended to be offended. “Oh no you dit’nt.” He said in his best valley girl voice. She laughed and grabbed some dresses form the racks and walked towards the dressing rooms as he followed. She walked into one and Hugh sat on one of the benches that was in front of the dressing rooms and waited. Lisa came out with a white knee-length dress on. It had a blue band that was around the waist. “What do you think?” She asked looking at herself in the mirrors that were there. “It looks nice!” He said enthused and wanting to just get something and go. “Well we can’t have nice. We have to have beautiful and fabulous.” She said walking back into the stall. “You do know that once we walk out of this store the press and photographers are going to be all over us?” He asked. She giggled. “Oh no. They are going to think that we are together and then they will be looking for my baby bump because you got me knocked up.” She said sarcastically. “I know! We should do something just to see their reactions.” He said smiling himself. “Ooh! Ooh! Why don’t we pick matching outfits to go to the interview in.” She suggested. “That’s a great idea! But do I have to a wear a dress?” He asked sarcastically. She giggled and walked out from the stall in a beautiful blue dress. It was just like the other one except for it was blue with a purple band at the waist. She looked stunning at she and him both knew that that was the one. “Perfect.” She said looking in the mirror. She changed back into her regular clothes and carried the dress with her. “Here. This matches.” Hugh said grabbing a dark blue tux with a purple undershirt. “Oh! That does match!” Lisa said surprised. They paid separately for their outfits and continued shopping. As they walked out a camera flash caught their eyes. A guy who was tall and lean stood 5 feet to the side of them holding up a camera. Hugh and Lisa smiled and waved just to humor the guy as he took his pictures and left.
