Short I know but the next one will be right up:)
She walked past him and smiled without saying anything. “Should we talk?” He aske her. “Pardon?” She didn’t hear him. “Should we talk..about what happened?” He asked again. She sighed and walked over to him. “Look, your married, have kids, I’m a co-worker, we got carried away…it didn’t mean anything.” She told him. “To you.” He added as he cut a twig off with his knife. “What?” She asked. “It didn’t mean anything…to you.” He repeated this time facing her. “It meant something to you?” She asked. He just smiled a little and walked away leaving her confused.
When she came back to the campfire everyone had their chairs set up in a circle around the fire and Hugh already took the liberty of putting her chair up for her…next to him. She gently sat down and he handed her a sharpened stick and the marshmellows. She smiled kindly and took them. Everyone had their own little conversations except for Hugh or Lisa. “So, enjoying the night?” He asked casually. “Yup. You?” She replied. “Yes, thankyou.” They smiled at eachother and that’s where the conversation ended.
After a couple minutes and some smores Lisa was having a conversation with Jen and Hugh was having a conversation with Omar. At around 12:30 everyone decided to call it a night. There was two tents that everyone slept in. Jen, Jesse, Peter, and Omar decided to sleep in one and Olivia, Lisa, Hugh, and Robert decided to sleep in the other. They all had decided the sleeping arrangments earlier and now Hugh and Lisa were both regretting their choice, especially with their sleeping bags next to eachother. The girls went into one tent to change and the boys went to the other and once they were all changed they climbed into their tents. Lisa wore silky purple PJ shorts and a purple tanktop and Hugh wore checkered PJ bottoms and a gray tee shirt.
“Night, night. Sleep tight don’t let the bed bug’s bite.” Robert joked. “What?!” Lisa started to freak out. “He’s kidding.” Hugh laughed and she calmed down. “That’s not funny.” She said playfully hitting him. At one end of the tent lay Hugh and Lisa and the other lay Olivia and Peter who had already gone to sleep and were snoring…loudly. Peter snored than Olivia, then Peter, then Olivia and it went on like this. Hugh and Lisa both looked at eachother and started to laugh hysterically.
“Sycronized snoring.” He called it making her giggle. “Oh wait.” She said and pulled out her camera. She got up from under her sleeping bag and snuck over to Olivia and Peter and started video tapping. He got up and followed right behind her. They giggled and tried to hold back their laughs. “This is a demonstration of sycronized snoring.” He said into the camera making her let out a little laugh. “There is sycronized snoring bands even. Uh, she is saprano and he is alto.” He said pointing to Olivia and then to Peter. Just then they started to wake so both Hugh and Lisa ran back to their side of the tent laughing with the camera still rolling. They didn’t even have time to make it under their own sleeping bags so instead they jumped inside Hugh’s together and covered their heads and held back their laughs.
Peter and olivia didn’t wake and soon settled their moving. “That was a close one.” He laughed. “Yes it was.” She laughed a little as well. They didn’t know why they hadn’t gotten out from the sleeping bag yet but they’re heads were still covered. The light from the camera was the only thing that let them see a little.
