When it comes to Justin Bieber, his mentor Usher says he wants to be involved in his teen pop sensation's career for a long time. "I felt like this was a story that I’d like to be involved with for the long haul, not just a moment," he told On The Red Carpet's Jason Morrell in a recent satellite interview. "To be able to build a career that will span for years." Bieber, 16, captured the attention of industry executives several years ago by posting homemade videos of himself singing songs, including Usher's, on YouTube. This self-promotion eventually led to a meeting with Usher and a record deal. Bieber is now one of the most popular pop artists today and lends his voice to a track on the soundtrack for the film The Karate Kid, which was released on Friday, June 11. Usher made history on June 6 performing on two continents over the course of a day, playing in New York City and London. Bieber joined his mentor on stage for an impromptu performance in London, which drove the fans wild.

Justin Bieber has claimed he could win a fight with all three of the Jonas Brothers. The 16-year old, who is said to be feuding with the trio insisted that he would definitely beat Kevin, Nick and Joe if they ever came to to blows. Bieber told Top of the Pops magazine: “Oh, I could take all three Jonas Brothers…I’m a beast!" The Never Let You Go singer added: “Supposedly there’s a war between my fans and Jonas Brothers fans, but basically we’re all friends. I love you all, but why do you guys have to fight?” Justin, who appeared at 95.8 Capital FM's Summertime Ball with his mentor Usher over the weekend also confessed that he loves being famous…because he doesn't have to go to school. Bieber said: “School sucks! I want my world to be fun. No rules, no parents, no nothing. Like, no one can stop me!”

Teen heartthrob Justin Bieber has been spotted hanging out with country star Taylor Swift. Celebrity blogger Zack Taylor reported that the "Baby" hitmaker, who served as Taylor's opening act on her U.K.'s "Fearless" Tour in 2009, has recently taken the Grammy-winning singer out on a lunch date.
The twosome reportedly had a little friendly lunch date at The Pancake Pantry in Nashville on Thursday, May 27. There is no further detail shared on the lunch date. There is also no photo to supports the story so far. Nonetheless, the news came in just weeks after Justin was reported having a fancy dinner with another teen star Miley Cyrus at Ari-Ya Sushi in West Hollywood.
