Personality: Neon is a bit of an over hyper goofball. He acts like a little kid with a huge imagination all the time. He loves candy a whole lot which is why he's usually on a sugar high and when he's not he's usually just being clumsy. He doesn't like to see people upset and will try to help out whenever he can. Basically he's just a childish sweetheart with a lot of time.
Bio: Neon was the direct result of carelessness done on the part of species in Everfree Forest. His family tree consisted of several different types of alicorns, dragons, pegasi, anything. His mother was a dragon/unicorn and his father a dragon/pegasus. Because of this carelessness, his parents didn't care nor pay attention to him usually and always left him on his own. It was in the forest that he learned parkour. He learned to evade obstacles and run at fast speeds around the trees, bushes, and rivers at a very young age. One day he got tired of being alone in the forest and fled from the forest. Unfortunately he had no idea what he was doing and had to think for himself about his situation. While rummaging through garbage cans, seeing other people toss cool looking stuff in them, he spotted an uneaten cupcake and gobbled it down. It was then that he fell in love with anything that was sweet and candy. He eventually found a nice cozy large box to live in between a bakery and supplies store where he gets all the stuff that they throw out. One day someone threw out some paint supplies and being the curious fella he was he decided to see how to use it, and boy he did. He ended up painting beautiful murals around town that to this day, nobody else knows who did them. For right now, Neon just keeps on living this way.
