Okay, a lot of you have been wondering what some of the words I use in my story Cats Of The Forest are. Here's the vocabulary, and the definition.

Crow-food: rotting food

Fox-dung: insult, stronger offence than mouse-brain

Fresh-kill: recently killed prey

Greencough: severe chest infection, can be fatal in young cats and elders

Greenleaf: summer

Greenleaf Twolegplace: a place where humans only visit in the summer.

Halfbridge: a dock

Horseplace: fields and stables near the lake where half-tames cats live

Housefolk: a cat's word for its humans

Kittypet: a house cat

Leaf-bare: winter

Leaf-fall: fall/autumn

Loner: cat that lives peacefully on its own in one place but does not defend it's territory

Monster: usually refers to human machines such as cars and bulldozers

Moonhigh: the time of night the moon is at it's highest: normally midnight.

Mouse-brained: not very smart

Mouse-dung: insult-- stronger than mouse brain but less offensive than fox-dung

Newleaf: spring

Nofurs: another word for humans

One moon- one month

Rogue: A potentially hostile cat who lives outside the Clans and never spends too long in one place

Silverpelt: the milky way

Sun-set-place: sea to the west, where the sun sets

Sunhigh: Noon

Thunderpath: road or a construction site

Tree-eater: bulldozer

Twoleg nest: a human house

Twolegplace: a human town

Twolegs: the Clan's word for humans

Upwalkers: another word for humans

Whitecough: a cold

Blackcough: a bad disease, no cure, any cats who gets it is sure to die

Now, I hope you understand these words a little better. :D

PowerPossible I read a Warrior book in English when I had to go to the library and get a book (I didn't bring one) AND I love it, probably the only book I will EVER like xD I wanna read moar

In Buttercup's and Butch's den, (yes the finally found love for each other!:D) Buttercup awoke because she could sense sadness all around her.

'Why is everyone so sad?' She asked herself in thought.

She walked out of the den, and saw nothing but woods and darkness. The sadness was coming from Boomers den. She walked over to it, and looked inside. Boomer was sleeping. But she didn't notice the kittens because they were laying on Boomers other side. She shrugged and walked back to her and Butch's den. Butch noticed her walk back into the den.

"Buttercup, you okay?" He asked with his eyes half open...

"oh no run" bommer yelled. "go" bubbles pick up bella "wat is it" the kit ask "its a mean cat run" boomer said running for a tree. "up here" "its coming" bella yelled. the cat jump up the tree and grab bella. "mom help me" she cried "im coming bella" boomer yell he bite the cat but it hiss and bring bella away. "we have to save her" bubbles wail "no use" boomer creid with tears "hes going to kill her" "no" bubbles cried she sat down. "no i knew we should never left" "it okay bubbles at least we still have bryce" another kit came out "who are you" he ask bubbles. "your mother" she mew "why you crying" bryce ask "a cat took your sister away" "i have a sister" bryce ask "yes" bubbles meow "but she gone"

it was a dark night and bubbles was sitting in a bed with her house folk. her mate and one of her kits were wild while her and the other kit stayed with people. "dinner time" one of the persons called. "mmm tuna" the kit bella said. "i love tuna" "ive had it to many times" bubbles said looking at the tuna. bella ate it while her mom pushed it away. Brick looked questioningly at his brother. "What? What do you mean?" "You know what I mean," The green one answered, holding Boomer in the air. "We wouldn't have to hear his annoying babbling all the time anymore," Butch pointed out. "Besides, more room on our bed!"

"True," Brick thought. "But what about when we leave for the day? We can't just take him with us."

"You're right," Butch moaned. The boys floated down to the ground and set their mutt brother on the floor. "For now," Brick sighed. "Let's just take him home."

When Blake got into the woods, he felt like a small little kitten again. He was more or less like a preteen now. He sniffed the ground to try to find the way home. Familiar scents ran through him. He felt something bump into him.

"Blake!" It was Snowbell.

"Snowbell!" Blake gave a happy mew. "I thought you were staying with our housefolk!"

"I missed you." Snowbell said touching her nose to his.

"I missed you too." Blake purred. "Come on, I know the way."

They ran back to camp. Blake hadn't been there in months. He walked in, happy to be home. It was night. He could smell his family. He ran into...

Later on, Bella spotted Ashley across the field with Ian. Bella, of course, thought it was Bubbles. Bella ran over to her.

"Mommy!!!" She said hugging her.

"Get off kid! I don't know you!" Ashley said annoyed.

"Mommy?" Bella cried.

"No." Ashley said walking away. Ian fallowed.

"Hmph!" Bella said lifting her tail high in the air walking with her head straight.

"What are you up to, little one?" A cat asked from behind Bella.

"Who are you?" Bella asked. The cat had yellow eyes and brown fur.

"I'm Clicky!" The cat said.

"Hi Clicky I'm Bella." Bella said. "I'm not supposed to talk to strangers."

Ian and Ashley ran to Bee to tell her the news.

"Bee! Bee! Beeee!" Ian yelled.

"Yes?" Bee asked,

"Brick said we could live there!!" Ashley said.

Brick went into the den.

"Hey, how ya feeling?" Brick asked Blossom.

"Better than before." She said in a tired voice.

"Good. Are the kits sleeping?" Brick asked.

"Yeah." Blossom said turning on her back.

"Well, you know those cats that helped us win?" Brick asked her.

"Yeah, why?" Blossom asked.

"I let them join the clan..." Brick said looking the other way.

"Good. The more the better. The more the stronger too. And the stronger, the better chance we have to beat...

Brick didn't know it, but he was crying. He regret saying he hated his life. He wanted to live. A wolf shot at him. Brick couldn't think. He shot up at the wolf ready for the challenge. He bit the wolf on the neck, causing it to be stunned. The wolf lay on the floor, knocked out. A skinny wolf with sharp claws raced at him, but Brick just smiled an evil smile, and clawed it's face up, but the wolf bit him.

"Gaa!" He screamed out in pain. But he backed up ready for more fight.

"Arrr!!!!" The wolf barked.

Blossom woke up hearing strange noises outside. She looked out the den, and she couldn't believe...

"Bryce I don't think we should be out here....Like uncle Brick said, it's dangerous." Bella said worried.

"Look Bella, I don't care what anyone says." Bryce said.

"Yeah, you only care about yourself!" Bella said pushing Bryce to the ground.

"MEOW!!!!" Came a threatening hiss.

"Wow Bella, you have a big meow!" Bryce said shocked.

"That...wasn't...me..." Bella said shaking.

"T-then wh-who was-s it-t?" Bryce asked scared.

"It-s-s probably w-what unc-uncle Brick was-s warning us ab-bout..." Bella asked trembling.

Bella and Bryce were sitting under a tree.

"Bella lets play a game." Bryce suggested.

"Okay, like what?" She asked.

"Hmm.......Ring ring!" Bryce said.

"Hello?" Bella continued on.

"Ring ring!"

"H-h-hello?"

"Ring ring!"

"Hellooo?"

"Ring ring!"

"I'm bored of this." Bella said.

"Yeah me too." Bryce said thinking.

"Hey Bryce, you even wonder what mom was like? You know, before us. I would of like to of met her..." Bella said with her head hanging low.

"You wanna go play?" Bryce asked.

"Sure!" Bella said getting up."Lets go ask daddy!"

They ran to Boomer, who was talking to Brick.

Brick gave Bubbles a lick (yes all clan members lick each other after they die) and ran back to the camp.

Blossom looked out the drape of the den, and sniffed the cool night air. She caught Brick's scent, and fallowed it. She was just in the woods when Brick ran into her.

"Oof!Oh Brick there you are!" Blossom said.she noticed tears were coming from his eyes. "Why are you crying?" She said in a calming voice.

Brick cleared his throught. "Blossom...Bubbles is....dead." Brick said with more tears stinging his eyes. Him and Bubbles were like best friends. He was sad that she was gone....forever....
