Okay, a lot of you have been wondering what some of the words I use in my story Cats Of The Forest are. Here's the vocabulary, and the definition.

Crow-food: rotting food

Fox-dung: insult, stronger offence than mouse-brain

Fresh-kill: recently killed prey

Greencough: severe chest infection, can be fatal in young cats and elders

Greenleaf: summer

Greenleaf Twolegplace: a place where humans only visit in the summer.

Halfbridge: a dock

Horseplace: fields and stables near the lake where half-tames cats live

Housefolk: a cat's word for its humans

Kittypet: a house cat

Leaf-bare: winter

Leaf-fall: fall/autumn

Loner: cat that lives peacefully on its own in one place but does not defend it's territory

Monster: usually refers to human machines such as cars and bulldozers

Moonhigh: the time of night the moon is at it's highest: normally midnight.

Mouse-brained: not very smart

Mouse-dung: insult-- stronger than mouse brain but less offensive than fox-dung

Newleaf: spring

Nofurs: another word for humans

One moon- one month

Rogue: A potentially hostile cat who lives outside the Clans and never spends too long in one place

Silverpelt: the milky way

Sun-set-place: sea to the west, where the sun sets

Sunhigh: Noon

Thunderpath: road or a construction site

Tree-eater: bulldozer

Twoleg nest: a human house

Twolegplace: a human town

Twolegs: the Clan's word for humans

Upwalkers: another word for humans

Whitecough: a cold

Blackcough: a bad disease, no cure, any cats who gets it is sure to die

Now, I hope you understand these words a little better. :D

PowerPossible I read a Warrior book in English when I had to go to the library and get a book (I didn't bring one) AND I love it, probably the only book I will EVER like xD I wanna read moar

Night came, and Dusty was finally able to go to sleep. His ear hurt. The slit was stinging.

"I hate Bryce!!" Dusty whispered.

"What did he do to you?" A cat asked. It was a different kitten. A girl. She had pink fur and hot pink eyes. She also had a tiny purple bow and a bow on her tail. She was the most beautiful thing Dusty had ever seen.

'Wow she's pretty!" Dusty thought.

"I'm Rose. What's your name?" She asked.

"Dus..." He said staring at her.

"Dus? Never heard that one before!" She said.

"It's Dusty..." He said still staring.

"What are you staring at?" She asked.

"How your fur shines so beautiful...

"You care more about me than your brother?" Dusty asked smiling.

"Yeah. Bryce can get REALLY annoying sometimes." Bella said flicking her head so that her hair was out of her face.

"Okay." Dusty said.

"I guess I'll go see what he's up to." Bella said walking out. "By!" She gave Dusty a kiss on the forehead.

"What was that for" He asked smiling.

Bella blushed, smiled, and walked out. She bumped into another boy cat, with black fur and red eyes.

"Hey! What the??" He said.

"Sorry!" Bella said.

"Do you know anyone named Dusty? I'm looking for...
