kbrand5333 You knew I'd chime in... :) 1. Not getting them at all. Were they looking to bring about the end of the world? 2. I don't want Jeremy to come back. Yes, they just "stopped his heart." But the sin-eater guy counseled Crane to let Jeremy go. I think they show's just screwing with us. Perhaps [i]they[/i] don't even know what they're going to do with him, so they had to leave that door open. For me, the best/most interesting part of the episode was the last 5 minutes. Crane's encounter with Moloch. Dude was seriously UPSET about potentially turning Abbie over to Moloch. As well he should be. People are theorizing that Moloch is going to make Crane the offer of freeing Katrina in exchange for Abbie, to try and take advantage of his weakness. I could go on about why that would be quite literally the worst deal in the world, but I don't believe I need to. I've also read people's hypotheses that Moloch IS Jeremy, based on the fact that Jeremy would certainly have Mommy Issues (i.e. keeping Katrina in purgatory) and that he didn't let Headless kill Crane. I think this theory is kind of whack.

matchesrulezu ;D 1. That's what I'm thinking. Which still makes me wonder if they were truly the good coven, or if maybe Moloch got to them. 2. That's true.. I do and don't want him to come back. I would like it, because you could see how much it upset Ichabod to have not been able to be in his son's life. As for the Sin Eater's advice, I can't remember.. Did Ichabod tell him that they killed his son or that they put a hex on him? Because if he said never said that they put a hex on him and just that they killed his son, then he might not have known there might be a chance to revive Jeremy. You're right, though. They did leave that whole idea with a loose end. I'm not sure if they know what they plan on doing either, if they plan on doing anything. But at the same time.. If they weren't going to do anything, why bring Jeremy into the picture at all? One thing is for sure, the writers are good at leaving us asking questions. haha. 3. Deal with Moloch, exchanging Abbie's soul for Katrina's... That would be interesting. [i]But[/i].. That would break Moloch's deal with Abraham/The Headless Horseman. So I don't know how well that would work out. 4. Moloch actually being Jeremy would be a mind-blower, for sure. But wouldn't make sense. Moloch existed before Katrina and Ichabod were ever even married. So I doubt that theory would work.

kbrand5333 Good point about why have the Jeremy storyline if they're not planning on doing anything else with him. Otherwise it's just a pointless opportunity to give Crane more manpain. A friend pointed out that Crane would sacrifice HIMSELF before giving up either of his ladies. She's completely right, darn her intelligent brain. I do know one thing: Never make a deal with a demon. They cannot be trusted. I had this horrifying thought this morning: Moloch strikes the deal, Crane agrees, and delivers Abbie. Then Moloch either kills Katrina himself or orchestrates her death (in some sort of horrible way, in front of Crane) seconds after she is released from purgatory (or purgat'ry, as Crane/Tom would say). If people are sick of seeing Crane's manpain NOW... I have to give the showrunners one thing: They certainly know how to grab our interest!

matchesrulezu Never make a deal with a demon! Ain't that the truth! haha. And I know Crane knows that, especially by now, as well. Or.. I hope! Though if that were to happen (which I doubt would happen), Crane had better knock Abbie out. Because I can't imagine any universe where she would let [i]anyone[/i] sacrifice her.. XD I don't see Crane doing something like that to bring Katrina back, but at the same time, I can imagine him being very tempted because he knows that otherwise, Katrina is stuck there as Abraham's prize. But if he were to go along with it and everything were to happen as you said, that would be very mean. lol. I could see Moloch doing that, though. It would just be for pure torture. Because once he had Abbie, who is the Second Witness, the war is basically won. The Two Witnesses are what's needed to battle the impending demons. Without Abbie, I doubt Crane would ever succeed even with Katrina's help. So Moloch would be like "Thanks for bringing Abbie, here's Katrina. LOL, jk. She's mine too."

kbrand5333 Oh, yeah, if Crane DID do it (which he won't), he wouldn't be able to live with himself. Moloch would totally make the offer, though, to be a dick. Because demon. It's interesting that suddenly it seems that ABBIE is the one that is so important. Like Moloch has been biding his time for 20 years, plotting how to get her. And Abbie would have to be unconscious or otherwise compromised, you're 100% correct there.

matchesrulezu Yeah. I think the reason why Moloch wants her so bad now is because she's the Second Witness and now he sees that with the two of them being together, they really do pose a threat to his plans. He could make Abbie bring Crane to him, but he has nothing to offer Abbie. Which is why he's chosen Crane, I'm pretty sure. It's just a matter of what it is that Moloch will try to offer Crane in exchange for Abbie. Moloch may have not just worried about it up until now because he didn't think that the two would be able to foil his plans.

matchesrulezu I think they worry when their demonly plans keep getting trampled on by the opposing forces. But they pretend not to care when secretly they're thinking "Come oonnnn... We [i]never[/i] win. Can't you take it easy on us just a little bit? We just want the apocalypse. It's gonna happen sooner or later, ya know.."
