Werehog and Dark Sonic (from Sonic X) and Dark Spine Sonic seem to act as 'demon forms'. But Werehog only happened because of Dark Gaia's energy and was gone by the end of Unleashed. Same with Dark Spine Sonic which was caused by at least three of the Secret Rings. Dark Sonic only appeared momentarily in one Sonic X episode during Season Three most likely caused by the Chaos Emerald's negative energy from seeing Cosmo and Chris' suffering.
But apart from that Sonic officially has no demon form, that's only something made up by the fanbase and an idea used often in Sonic fanart and fanfiction.
