Theresa Miller, Doctor of Psychiatry, had an office located off the main street, in a building that also housed offices for a local insurance company and a real estate agency. It was a small office, with only the doctor's work office, examination room, a reception desk, and a play area for children.

The four Winchesters stook outside the glass door, looking inside. "This should be simple," Dean said sarcastically. "All we gotta do is get the watchdog away from her desk, lure Dr. Joyce Brothers out of her office, get the files, and get out before anyone gets back. Simple enough."

They’d reached the main town of Riverside, and Sam had to admit, he could understand people wanting to escape for holiday season, or any season for that matter. Riverside was run-down, and at least every few metres Dean drove was a closed down store or some sort. The weather, he supposed, hadn’t helped improve his first impression of the town; now it was mid morning, the gloomy air and the light but constant patter of rain which had not let up from last night was enough to obscure his opinion of the area. The hospital was at the other end of town- a whopping three miles away. Dean was still fretting over how small and cramped the town seemed when they stepped into the morgue. The coroner opened a drawer labeled “Doe, Jane,” and pulled out the body.

She was tall, skinny, dishwater blonde- the exact image of Sharon.

Dean, D, Sam, Samantha, and Sharon all stared at the body in dumbfounded amazement. Sharon clapped a hand over her mouth to hide her astonishment.

“What the-” Dean began.

“The resemblance is remarkable,” the coroner agreed.
