Actress Drea King
Actress Drea King
‘Tis the season for a good scare and nothing offers that up quite like a true-crime TV tale. Until now, these shows have delivered reenactments of serial murderers committing hardcore crimes.

Emmy-nominated exec producer Kim Bondi and director Fab Filippo unleash the new series “Bizarre Murders,” which focuses on Fargo-like capers with shocking twists and unusual characters.

Actress Drea King stars as Detective Kerns in the what-were-they-thinking episode All Brawn, No Brains. Kerns is tasked with piecing back together the scattered clues after a gang botches not just one, but many kidnappings and murder attempts.

“Everyone on set was very professional and lovely to work with,” Drea shares. “I especially loved watching the chemistry and talent of the other actors on set - it brings a little smile across my face just thinking about it.”

This new series isn’t the first reenactment project that Drea has appeared on. The international actress also confronted the spirit world in Destination America’s "Paranormal Survivor." She has become a regular on the festival circuit with roles in the Bare Bones Festival ‘Best Foreign Picture’ winner "A New Design"; and the film/web series "Almost A Turkish Soap Opera" which earned awards at LA Web Series Fest, The Indie Fest and YouTube Channel’s ‘Gold Medal of Honor’. She has graced screens at the Marche de Cannes, Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner, Sarasota Florida, Bahamas International, Sacramento California, and Victoria BC Film Festivals.

Drea produced the short film "Shadows," directed by Cristina Escoda; and co-wrote and starred in "Intergenerational Relationship Retreat", a webseries following three adults looking for a relationship quick-fix.

Drea trained in Meisner method at The Actor’s Temple in the UK, Shakespeare at the London Academy of Dramatic Arts and then on-camera technique with Andrew McIlroy, The Actors Foundry and at Margie Haber Studios in Los Angeles. She also studied ballet with Judith Coleman of the Royal Academy of Dance.

Claire Cohen
Claire Cohen
The recent Lifetime movie Britney Ever After was not without some controversy. Her steadfast fans are not happy with the un-authorized biopic about their pop princess.

One upbeat note was the appearance of Aussie-actress Claire Cohen as Britney’s Assistant. Claire got to relive some of the stars best (and worst) moments.

This role isn’t the only one that Claire has been gaining attention for. She recently starred as in the black comedy indie film Skid Row Love as a young woman torn between love and heroin. She also appeared in the UN Human Rights office’s award winning short The Riddle...
