in your opinion, after iron man 3's end, will something change in the avengers team?

Tony stark has changed a lot (the staff he had in his chest i mean), and he destroied all his machines, do you think that in the avengers 2 something will change? or it's gonna be the same? there is gonna be a diffrent tony? i loved iron man 3 since the very beginning 'till the end, and i hope that in the avengers 2 tony will create something new! what do you think about that?
p.s. i'm sorry for the poorly worded question, :D but i really don't know how to express my... doubt.. anyway, thank you for answering! tell me your opinions!
