When the group made it to the Armoury Room, Felix unlocked one of the drawers and took out a big book, which was a listing of further information on the Crown Jewels. After going through several chapters, he found the two pages that featured not only the amulet's backstory, but an illustration of it as well. He then explained, "This stone is known as the Amulet of Bandy (to my curious readers, bandy is used as one of the synonyms for switch. I chose that word because of having quite a nice ring to it.). It dates back to the Tudor era and has the ability to, without warning, swap the minds of two people who come into close contact, especially if they have opposite personalities and are on the verge of an argument. In fact, before being put on display today, it was meant to be used for those who were imprisoned here at any moment they go crazy or try to escape." John remarked, "Oooooh, veddy interesting. So that's why Geo and Pete are in this kind of pickle!" Felix nodded and replied, "I'm afraid so." Peter said, "And it was all my fault. I allowed myself to get carried away by my curiosity! I'm sorry, George. I should've listened to you." George patted his shoulder and replied, "There, there, brother. It's okay! I'm sure we'll find a way to return to our real selves soon." Peter responded with a smile. Laura asked Felix, "How can we break the spell, then?" He continued reading from the book and replied, "It's actually fairly simple: We just need to go through the Tower of the Two Princes and be brave enough in coming face to face with their ghosts. Afterwards, in the courtyard, I will pluck out a feather from one of our ravens so that the amulet can release a ray of light to reverse its effects." Laura replied, "Great! This also means we're about to experience the spooooky part of our tour." Pattie said, "That's right, Laura! We've got a new quest, too." John said, "For sure! Let's get moving!" Felix then placed the book back inside its drawer, and everyone resumed the Halloween walk.
