First, thank you to unknownquestion for finding that video of the new SoN excerpt for us. =D
Second, a fair warning before you watch the video.
Here's a list of things that the new excerpt gives us:
1. Basically the main plot is given out, I think.
2. Now we know why the book is called, "The Son of Neptune".
3. We also know now why Ella the harpy is there, and her importance.
4. Chapter 28. I repeat: Chapter 28. We get a sneak peak either in the middle or at the end of the book.
5. Gaea is -------- ------ ---- ---- --- ---- again.
6. Percy ----- a dangerous ---- with -------. (Is ------- really the number of letters in that guy's name? I'm not sure about the spelling, but I think it is...)
7. The ------ are apparently ----- - -----.
8. Percy has to ---- a --------- and he ----- ---- --- ------- to do it...
Okay, I know #5, #6, #7 and #8 hardly made any sense, but they're major spoilers. Hmm... did I miss anything? Hopefully not. It wouldn't have made any sense, anyway, so I guess it doesn't matter.
Now I'm just more impatient and excited for The Son of Neptune.
