Lily knocked on the door to her mother and father's mansion, wanting to ask them a simple question; if it was okay to allow her to take her best friend, Roxy, to her and her sister's trip to Africa.

Lily's mother answered,"Hello there! I wasn't expecting you to come over." Lily came in and said,"Mom, may I talk to you about this whole trip to Africa?"

"Sure thing, dear! Ask away!" She and her mother sat down and Lily asked her,"Mom, is it alright if my friend and roommate Roxy can come with me on the trip?"

Her mother sighed and replied,"No." Lily's eyes widened, as her heart broke into a million pieces,"No? Why can't she come?"

Her mother hesitated to answer, as Lily replied,"Mom, why aren't you answering me?" Her mother sighed and said,"Dear, I don't like that girl. Isn't she the one that would dress up in those awful dark clothing that had rips and chains on them?"

Lily replied,"Yeah. We both USED to dress like that. We're mature now, not teens." Her mom huffed,"Still, I don't like that kind of influence. You need to be more like your older sister, Debra."

Lily rolled her eyes,"Mom, I'm NOT going to be like Debbie! She's terrible!" "On the contrary, she's your sister." "I can't stand her, okay? She's awful!"

"Lilian Quinlan Worthchester!" I hate my full name!
Lily thought, as her mother kept yelling at her.

Of course, Lily drowned her out, hearing only bits and pieces of what her mother had to say;

My mom is so shitty. How did I end up with her?

"-you never follow directions-"

Yawn! Bored, bored, bored.....

"-you're very, very, stubborn-"

Oh, she is so pathetic! Maybe her and Deb can fall down a well! Then, I can act like Samarra from the Ring and have my revenge! Teeheehee!

"-and you never ever call me!"

Lily got up from her seat and said,"Gee Mom, nice talk, but I have to go." Her mother threatened,"If you even think about inviting her, I'll force you to move back!"

Lily gulped. She knew her mother was serious. She knew that she would force her to move back and treat her twice as worse as she did when she didn't have the freedom of having her own apartment.

Lily turned around, wanting to hit her,"Fine then! I won't invite her or anything." She opened up the front door and said,"By the way, don't be so surprised if I move to the jungles of Africa and never return." She slammed the door, as Mrs. Worthchester stayed still, not moving an inch.

Lily slammed the door of her old beat up Chevy that her dad gave her when she was sixteen. She turned it on, put it in drive, and left her parents' house.

Her car is medium dark blue, but over the years, it developed huge nasty rust spots on the exterior. Despite the car looking like utter crap, it ran as if it were brand new.

Lily loved the car and didn't mind that her parents bought Debbie a Prius, while Lily had a hand-me-down car with nasty rust spots.

She drove to her apartment, which was smack dab in the heart of New York City. Her parents lived outside of the city, in a beautiful mansion that the Worthchester generations had over the years.

Since so many generations had lived there, Debbie would make up these ghost stories and tell them to Lily when they were young children. After telling Lily, Lily would grab a flashlight and drape a blanket over her head and body to protect her from the "monsters" Debbie would tell her.

She would step on the cold tiled floor of the kitchen, spooked to the point of shaking at three a.m. Usually, that would be the time her father would get up to get something to eat or drink, before going back to sleep.

She saw the light coming from the refrigerator and would scream. Her father walked over to her, as Lily would start to cower down. He would always comfort her by saying,"Lily Pad, it's me. It's Daddy." He would flash the flashlight on himself, making Lily feel better.

He would always pick her up and comfort her, saying,"Did Debbie scare you? Aw, don't listen to her. She's just trying to pull your legs." Lily replied,"She wasn't anywhere near my legs!"

Her father would always chuckle and say,"That's just a saying. It's not to be taken literally. There's no such thing as ghosts, honey. Zombies, ghosts, demons, monsters, all of those are fake." He kissed her forehead and asked,"Since Mommy's asleep, do you wanna eat a little ice cream?"

Lily would nod her head, as he always said,"Remember, don't tell Mommy." "I won't, Daddy. Shh, it's a secret!"

After reminiscing about her relationship with her father, Lily
parked in the parking lot and locked her car. She saw the cracks on the rear windshield. Her ex boyfriend, Adam, had broke into it and tried to steal it.

Lily sighed, feeling so hurt to know that a guy she had trusted so much and had loved, hurt her and cheated on her so many times. It was even worse when he was drinking.

When drinking, Adam could sometimes get to the point of hitting her. Even after they broke off their relationship, he now stalks her, trying to win Lily's heart again.

She hates it that her mother likes him. No one, other than Roxy knows about what he's done and still does to Lily. Mrs. Worthchester only likes him because his parents are also rich and successful. Mrs. Worthchester is one of those people that doesn't want to know anything behind closed doors, even if it has to do with her own children or husband.

Lily walked into her apartment, and groaned. It was once again trashed. Roxy was at work and Lily went straight to her parents' house after work. She knew who had done this.

Adam. Every time something happens, Adam is somewhere in the scene. Even if not, his trademarks are. Anytime he trashes a place, he always does it the same way.

1) He always rips up curtains. Lily never knew why, but Adam had this weird obsession of ripping up curtains.

2) He would find lipstick or buy it and scribble all over the walls. Not just any kind of lipstick, either. He always uses red and likes to write demeaning messages about his parents or the Sex Pistols band symbol.

3) He loves to take stuff out of drawers and leave them all over the place.

4) He likes taking scissors and cutting up expensive outfits and bedsheets.

5)Finally, he'll pour hair dye, shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the toilet and not flush it.

After he's finished, he'll leave a smart ass looking note about what a "good job" he had done.

Lily knew that this had Adam written all over it. She used
to the same thing. Both Adam and Lily would break into peoples' apartments and trash them, except with Adam by himself, they're never as bad.

With Lily, they would pour alcohol everywhere and dig through medicine cabinets, scattering pills all over the place. Lily's life was once checkered and dangerous, until one day she wanted to stop being a bad person.

Lily sighed deeply, That vacation is sounding better and better by the second.

On a starry sky
In the moonlight
At midnight
When I think of you
My heart beats faster
For there is no one like you
Who makes my day perfect
Make my body to go numb
Lose myself
And forever hold that smile on my face

Its true that we are
Now on our separate ways
With the promises aside
That we'll meet again
For again might also mean
The next moment
Or maybe never

You may move on
Find your perfect princess
In this imperfect world
But to me
You'll always be
My prince charming

And thus the question remains
Should I move on?
Should I forget?
Is this the destiny of my life?
Only time will tell
But until then
You'll hold a fragment of my soul
For my mind wants to move on
But my heart stays persistent
That you'll one day turn unto me

Prologue

Most people believe that dreams are just a subconscious thing, you can visit them. This is all false...

"Help us!" A fairy like girl cried as she escaped a burning house and hid behind a tree.

"Get back here! We know you are here!" An ogre yelled as he smashed things. Then he sniffed the are around him and grinned. He then took his club and smashed it next to the tree.

"Leave me alone!!!!" The fairy girl cried in a very scared tone as she tried to fly away, but to no avail.

Suddenly, a male bug-like figure with big blue eyes jumped at the Ogre with a sword.

"What the heck are you?!!!!!"...

My life is ruined! I should have known the danger of keeping a blog. I should have known that anyone on the internet could see it! Why am I so stupid? The word got out that I have a blog so everyone in the school checked it out even my friends. Tammie was pissed with some of the things I said about her. Jennifer was mad because I started dating Kyle, the guy she liked. She as even more angry that I didn't tell her about it. Hazel, who felt sorry for me, sided with Tammie and Jennifer. They haven't talked to me since this morning. Everything is falling apart. The worst part is that today...

(I'm so sorry for the super-long delay guys :( I was having dreadful writers block. But I am back now! Enjoy the second installment of me and flabaloobalah's story :D)

Later that morning, I trudged into my school with less energy than a sloth. That sleep I lost earlier was starting to catch up with me. Also, my finished project must have added at least a pound and a half to my already heavy backpack, so it was even harder to move.
With a tremendous effort, I finally reached my locker. I pressed my thumb to its scanner and there was a loud, long beep as it analyzed and confirmed my thumbprint....

NOOO!! I cried. Hot tears leaking down my face. Maybe I can still save him I thought. I wiped away my tears and put my hands over his unbeating heart. He was so cold. Please come back to me. Then my hand started to glow.

I felt joy, and warmth flow form me into him. Then his body started to glow brighter and brighter. I shielded my eyes. That’s when I felt it. The bond click into place Kyle Knight was now tied with my soul.

When the light faded I saw his chest moving up and down. Felt his hart beat strong and steady under my hand. His hand slowly covered mine. His eyes blasted open. I smiled...

I was lying in my hospital room doctors surrounding me observing him waiting for a change I knew was coming, but yet I still managed to be a depressive bugger who would somehow baffle the doctors to the extent of breaking down crying in frustration," now Craig I need you stop crying and relax so we can inspect your health with a few tests, okay how does that sound?," I slowly look up and try to stop the tears but the shadowy figures stand there shouting at me making me so angry, that I lash out at the nearest doctor knocking off his glasses and then punching him in the groin making him cry...

Chapter One
A Safe Place to Hide
Down in the town, humans lived their comfortable lives, untouched by most of the world. Tonight, the weather is particularly bad. A blizzard moved into the area. It isn't fit weather for man or beast. Yet, fighting her way through the swirling snow is something that is neither one nor the other.
Nemesis, a healthy dragon of five centuries, fought to keep her course in the storm. She may have gotten a bit stout in her later years, but that won't keep her from her travels. The winds changed direction every few seconds....

“No, no, no, no,” Terry assures. “Nothing bad is going to happen, Brook, or it already would have, don’t freak out.”
“I can’t help not freaking out, I mean, I think everything is going to mess up because of the everything is fine. It’s not fine!” I say.
Terry tilted her head at me. “Hey, it’s going to be okay, and if it’s not, we’ll get through it.”
    I nod, “together.”

Chapter 9: I Play Bad Cop And You Play Good Cop

Faye Martinez and Jason Rivers sat in Mr. Rivers' office in his house. They had readied everything for the interviews they were having that evening. They planned on interviewing anyone and everyone who saw Simone the day she vanished. This would take possibly all day. Faye had to literally drag Mr. Rivers from his luxury bed and to his office. He was sitting in the dark, staring out the window, while on the floor. It was ridiculous. Simone always complained about how her father never truly loved her. It is obvious now how much he truly...

“So we will not speak of or mention the unspeakable event that took place last night,” Darren told us, looking like a stern teacher reprimanding his class.
“For the hundredth time yes!” Edith shrieked.
The sad part was that she wasn’t exaggerating.
We were all on edge, super tension ran from the air, we had left the park with a dispirited mood. Not because of the stupid stone. Iris was supposed to call us when she got home, but the call never came so we called...

Chapter Nine: Escape Artist Can Escape But A Group Of Students Can't Even Escape From Their School

Everyone was ready for the escape plan the next night. If it was up to me we would have had everything ready within an hour but tracking teacher schedules was harder then it looked. We were all set and ready to take off that night. I had learned that the school kept two emergency vans in the back. I nabbed the keys from the office when no one was around. I wonder how long it will take them to notice that a set of keys are missing. It was about midnight when our team assembled. Everyone...

Chapter Six: Two Goons, One Girl, One Man, and One Secret Room

The door immediately slammed shut behind me. The one thing I never do is panic. It was the perfect time to panic but I had to keep my composure. I wondered if Darrell was able to escape. He couldn't possibly wait for me. He has the opportunity to escape and save himself. I took one step forward and tumbled down the stairs. It was so dark that I didn't even notice them. I had quick reflexives so I was able to stop myself before I crashed or made a sound to ward off the intruder. A light switch was to my left so I flicked...

Chapter Eighteen
Book Six- Zoe

How did the battle end? Well, Shane kicked some serious butt. I wasn't so bad myself. The guards may have been ghost but they were pretty easy to kill. All you had to do was kill hem like you would kill a human. It was that simple. It was what made the battle even more serious then it already was. My sister. She killed herself. That is what it looked like. The odd thing was that The One was nowhere to be found. I searched everywhere in the castle but I couldn't find him. I soon gave up. He wasn't important. My sister was. The dream of my sister's grave...

        The river that drowned tears
I ignored the freaked out yells and warning’s as I went past the speed limit and nearly demolished the car, we couldn’t take our time, we had to be fast. We finally reached the river, which was very close to the river, and I turned off the engine and jumped out of the car running to the lake.
I plunged deep into the water and I swam through it to find the victim, who I found though made me gasp. Jessica was tied to...

chapter one

When I was a little girl my dad suddenly left. I remember being really close to him. Sometimes he would act strange though. Like he never stayed in one place long and was always looking behind him like he thought someone was following him. And one day he said he had to go for a little while, and he never came back. He was the best father I could ask for. He was kind and always did what was best for the family. And that is why it broke my heart to find out that he wasn’t coming back. At first I didn’t believe it and I didn’t want to. The only thing I wanted was my dad to come...

“How are we going to get in?” Brooklyn asked, eyeing the doors that, in morning look friendly and welcoming, but at night look dangerous and ready to gobble up innocent kids.

I hadn’t been really surprised when we broke apart after that weirdness, being with them brought back all those memories.
