Vampire Academy Article: Who is this Blond Strigoi?

Okay so I've just finished reading the series again for I think the millionth time. But something has occured to me who is this Blond Strigoi? Where does this guy reconise Rose and Lissa from? This has got me stumped because I've read the series on perpose once just to look for this Strigoi, but he no where througout the series - unless I'm to concerned about Dimitri and Rose - and it's really frustrating because I think a fair few of us would like to know his origrin in the story. From all the study I've done on him the only conclusion I've come to so far is that he knew them before Lissa and Rose ran away from the academy. This kind of put this guy in two categories:
a)He was a Student at St Valdimirs
b)Close friend of the Dragomir family
Other than that there is no evidences of this Strigoi's exisitence in the all three books except for the two events in 'Shadowkissed'. I'm really hoping he makes an apperence in the next book so we can get some background on him (and let Rose kill him for taking Dimitri's livig life) or Richelle little help in finding him please.

I've been wondering about him too... another possibility could have been c) a cousin of the Dragomirs d) some other royal e) her brother (some how got surgery or something to look different) f) long-lost brother hmm... I hope there's more about him in the next book..

xoxdogsxox lol that is something to think about! reading that part got me thinking about him 2. maybe he was a student and was a friend of lissa's brother?

Babaayloove i think he was maybe that guy in VA at the beginning who Lissa and Rose take keys from .

HateSuspense from that i would have to guess an old student at St Vladimirs? or mayb an ex guardian to a royal that lissa/andre new???

DimitriBxox83 The blond vampire is nathan and the reason u cant find anything about him in the previous books is b/c he wasnt in them or mentioned in them or anything. And the reason he knew who lissa was is b/c like every strigoi knows who she is because they all wanna kill her 2 finish off the dragomir line and mayb he new Rose because of Lissa...and of course he recognizes her in blood promise...if u read blood promise he gets explained pretty well. Blood Promise is soo sad...Cant wait 4 Spirit Bound!!

LovesVampSeries i cant wait for spirit bound, and i am confuzzled about who he is too, he could just be a Strigoi who wansta kill her, like all the others. i really hope Rose finds Victors brother. I DO NOT want Dimitri killing Lissa! I would SOOOOO Totally CRY! and Nathan may not be dead, it was never comfirmed. Dimitri could be lying. we'll never know. until Spirit Bound. Can't wait to read it :D

vampyreluver13 i think nathan was a student at the academy it says in shadow kiss he saw them before he was awakened and he was a moroi or he might have just visited the academy but i think it the 1st 1 i put

black_iris From what I heard in Shadow Kiss, it sounded as if he barely knew them. He didn't even know their names. I think he just knew them because Lissa's a Dragomir and that Rose was training to be her guardian. He died in Blood Promise so I don't think Richelle's going to elaborate on his story.
