Now, every Zelda game has one or two characters that you can interact with. However, there are those characters that you just want to stay away from at all time. Now, remember, this is only my opinion. If you like these characters, then that’s just difference of opinion. With that, lets start the list
#10: Fi from Skyward Sword - Now, Fi is lower on the list because she tries to help you. However, she can help a bit too much at times. Whenever the blantient obvious happens, like when you pick up a rupee or are fighting enemies, she will always come and give you advice that you already know. And whenever your health is low, she will let you know, even though the beeping that the game makes when your health is low already tells you your health is low, and that was annoying enough. Yet Fi still wants to tell you this. And it’s no wonder why people hate this game so much (Note: Windwakerguy430 does not hate Skyward Sword. He finds it to be the greatest game on the Wii)
#9: Navi from Ocarina of Time - Now, she is also lower due to the fact that she is helpful, but she was the worlds first most annoying helper. Every time you are doing something, Navi will always try to get your attention no matter what. If you are fighting an enemy, she says “Hey”. If you are looking at something, she says “Hey”. If you even walking around, she says “Hey”. She will always say this, no matter what you do. You will always hear her say this at least once in the game… unless you turn the volume down
#8: Scrapper from Skyward Sword - Why are the mechanical ones always the most annoying in this game. Scrapper is a robot that Link finds broken. Once he is fixed, he is forced to help Link, but he already hates it. However, he gladly helps, but only because he is helping Fi. But, he will always jump at the chance to insult Link, just because Fi is helping him in the quest. And its no wonder why people hate this- Oh, wait, I said that already
#7: Link from Ocarina of Time - Now, this may sound weird, but, here is the thing. I am not talking about Link the Hero of Time. No, I am talking about Link, the goron that is always riding around Goron Village, completely ignoring you, and you need to throw a bomb at him to get him to stop, but he is so fast that you will always miss him, and it wouldn’t be so bad except for the fact that getting his attention is the only way to advance in the games story… Yeah, that Link.
#6: Cyclos from Wind Waker - Once you learn the first song for the Wind Waker, the god, Zephos, tells you that his brother, Cyclos, was wrecking havoc on anyone who approached him since his monument was destroyed. So, once you meet him… just make sure you have the arrows. This guy will always try to catch you once he is in your line of sight. When he is in between you and your destination, you are going to have to take a detour, because he is NOT going to let you pass. He will cut you off, and then he will suck you into a cyclone and send you to who knows where. However, once you have the arrows, you can hit him, which he will then teach you The Ballad of Gales, which is real helpful for getting around the ocean. So, that’s something
#5: Ruto from Ocarina of Time - Now this is probably the first character on here that I actually hate. Ruto is a spoiled princess who loses the Zora Sapphire inside Lord Jabu-Jabu’s Belly. When you met her, she berates you and tells you that she is perfectly fine. And then she forces you to carry her. Are you kidding me. I mean, seriously, a young girl, and a forest.. thing from Wind Waker could actually follow you. But a princess, NOPE! You gotta carry her all the way through the temple. And she also insults you for leaving her behind, and that is unavoidable, since one puzzle involve you leaving her behind. And once that’s done, she only promises to give you the Sapphire if you marry her. That’s probably how she would get guys to marry her, because WHO WOULD MARRY THIS SPOILED BRAT!
#4: Kaepora Gaebora from Ocarina of Time - Now, this guy is the original Fi. Where ever you go, he will stop you right when you are in the middle of your quest just to tell you things that you already know. Oh, and NEVER press the A button rapidly. Because if you do, you will start the conversation all over again. Yeah, because that’s fun
#3: Mido from Ocarina of Time - Man, Ocarina of Time has appeared a lot on this list. Anyway, Mido claims to be the leader of the Kokiri and is always treating Link like garbage because he is friends with Saria. He refuses to let you see the Great Deku Tree unless you get a sword and shield. He also does this again when you are an adult and says that you have to be a friend of Saria to get through. And he also makes the other Kokiri do all of his chores for him. You know, I never say this, especially when it comes to children, but I really want to punch him
#2: Joleene from Phantom Hourglass - So, after you go through a few temples, you are then greeted by the female pirate known as Joleene. This frightens Linebeck and he asks you to run away from her as fast as you can. However, once she does catch you, you are pulled into a sword fight with her. At first, it’s pretty cool, since her and Linebeck seem to know each other, until this happens again and again. Once Joleene comes into the game, it just turns into a game of “Oh god, please don’t come near me”. While the backstory with her and Linebeck are great, she is still pretty annoying at times
#1: Tingle from Majora’s Mask/Wind Waker - Now, I utterly hate Tingle. I really do. Tingle is a greedy 30 year old man who believes in fairies. In Majora’s Mask, he would sell you maps, and make this annoying as hell sound. But, in Wind Waker, he’s even worse. When you first meet Tingle, he is in jail. You find out that he was arrested for stealing a Picto Box, but, I think its more complicated than that. You then find Tingle on his island, called Tingle Island (Gee, how creative). Here, you see Tingle making two other people pull on this machine, which I am guessing he is forcing them to do. He then says that he can read Triforce Charts, which you NEED to be translated in order to complete the game. However, he will only read them for 398 rupees. And if that wasn’t bad enough, there are eight Triforce Charts, and you will have to pay Tingle a total of 3000 rupees. That is total bullshit. Also, I believe Tingle is a child molester, since he has carvings of children on his island, longs to see Link, and, well, do you really think stealing a Picto Box would be enough to lock someone in a very dark and dirty cell with only a candle for light. Yeah, turn that into a theory.
So, there you go. Did you like the list. Tell me what you thought below. With that, I will see you all next time
