So yeah, I guess this is going to be a yearly thing. Boy, 2017 was a great year, wasn’t it. The great Weinstein scandal where many Hollywood celebrities were found out to be big pieces of shit, huge race riots in Charlottesville that resulted in the death of an innocent bystander, nuclear war between America and North Korea more closer than ever before, everyone on Youtube that wasn’t a celebrity or Jake Paul getting utterly fucked by the company, large mass shootings resulting in the highest shootings in U.S. history took place in just one year, and the complete and utter nuterization of the internet thanks to one man and his endless pockets to hold all those dollar bills. At least 2016 didn’t have high death counts and censorship of George Orwellian-esque proportions. But, regardless, I’m not here to talk about how 2017 told everyone to hold his beer after news of 2016 being the worst got out. I’m here to talk about what to expect in the new year.
So, as we have all clearly seen, I have been decreasing in work since last year. This is because college can really take a lot out of you. That doesn’t mean I’m going to stop making new articles and such. In fact, I have many things planned for the new year. I have a few Top Ten’s planned, and, I will be continuing the story of the Skyline Samurai. Yes, that series will be returning on January 5th of this year. So be prepared for the return. Now, like I said, I don’t want to stop making articles. I probably never will, because writing is a passion I have and is something that I am really fond of doing. But, I also want to get started on the Youtube series. And yes, I know, in this day and age, even having a slight chance at getting popular on Youtube is slim at best and you shouldn’t even fucking bother at worst, but I don’t want to do it for the money. I want to do it for fun, as a chance to get to work with my friends, as well as some new people. While making a job out of it would be nice, I want to work to my goals as a writer and I really want to do what I can to better myself. It’s going to be a lot of work, but I know that if I try my damndest, I know that I will be able to make it. But, enough with the personal stuff. 2018 is only a few minutes away, so let’s all look back at 2017 with fond memories or complete and utter scorn and hope that 2018 is a more pleasant year.
