Help! I need a a story plot!

Plot 1: People begin to exhibit very zombie-like behavior (zombie-esque?), and the protagonist needs to discover what's causing this to happen as well as find a solution (or at least survive).

Plot 2: Classic science fiction stories often involved Scylla/Charybdis choices: the story involves explaining how the hero ends up in the predicament (stated in the final lines) where there are two choices, and either of them are bad (think episodes of the "Twilight Zone"). A favorite of mine is a story where the hero is infected with a plague and the natives can cure him if he stays there for another week, but his ship only has enough fuel to make it back home if he leaves right now (due to the orbital position of the planet).

Plot 3: classic fantasy plot: a young teen discovers that he/she actually has an unique power (either through a forgotten bloodline, or through discovering an artifact like a dragon egg, a special sword, or the like) which draws the bad guys to destroy his/her home trying to get the hero, thus giving the hero a motive for revenge as well as destroying any reason for the hero to remain out of adventure.
