Does anyone else think the Apple family is a lot like the Guthrie family?

Ever time I watch Friendship is Magic, I can't help thinking about this. Applejack is Husk, Big Mac is Cannonball, and Applebloom is Aero. Anyone else see this?

Yeah you always fid weird thigs like that with voice actors. Like how Pinkie Pie's actor also did X 23. That's an extreme change of character. Now I want to see those two together just for the hell of it. I can see it now
