“I-I can't flirt. Phoebe says I should dress kinda revealing, make him want me.”

Becca smirked and leaned back coolly. Willow looked at her, goosebumps rising at her sister's sly and devilish demeanor.
“Who?”
“Billy.”
“NO! I don't want to lead him on!”
“Willow, the guy loves you! He'd do it!”
“But he'll get hurt in the end! I don't want him hurt cause I can never love him!”
“He won't! He knows what's happening!”
Becca quickly covered her hands with her mouth.
“WHAT?! HOW?!”
“I...may have...purposefully...texted him,” Becca said.

Willow looked away and Becca moved closer to Willow. She put her head on Willow's shoulder, a sign that she was done fighting.
“I just don't want you to become a toy to him,” Becca whispered. “You're my sister. I love you. I don't want any boy messing with your heart. Wally is close to being on my kill list. I know Billy. He would never flirt with other girls. He has eyes only for you.”
“I appreciate that Becca. But I love Wally. Besides, I don't think Billy would want after...”
Becca lifted her head, eyes glowing.
“After what?”
Willow didn't respond and just looked down.
“You did it, didn't you?”
Willow looked at her.
“You did! Willow!”

Becca studied her sister for a long time. She sighed.
“He BETTER marry you for this! I will NOT let my sister think she's second hand goods!”
A sudden smirk lit up on Becca's face and Willow looked a little nervous.
“We need to go shopping,” Becca said.
“What for?”
“Your wedding dress of course!”
“Huh?!”
“Yep. Your wedding dress. C'mon!”
