Zeus sat in his chair across from Volt and Fang.
"It looks like he's holding her in Hades."
"Do you think you cou-" Zeus stopped Volt in mid-sentence.
"That is a journey you must take. If I did release her, she would not be able to return to the mortal world."
"Can you help in any way?"
"There are three pearls in the United States. Hermes will help you from here." Zeus pointed towards Hermes standing next to a table.
"Alright. You'll probably need this." He handed Volt a map.
"This will give you the locations of all the pearls, then the entrance to Hades. You might need this too." He handed Fang a pen.
"It's a pen. It's a 'pen'" Hermes rolled his eyes. "Click the top of it." Fang pressed on the top and it extended into a sword.
"Whoa."
"Take this too." Hermes handed Volt a shield folded into a small contraption that hung onto your wrist.
"There's a button on the back that extends it. Now, the pearls will teleport you out of Hades, concentrate on where you want to go. Other than that you're set to go."
"Thanks Hermes!" Volt bolted out the door, with Fang right behind her.

"Go Fish." Darien sighed and picked up a card.
"This is so boring!" I got up from where I was sitting.
"It's not my fault!" Darien threw down his cards.
"Yes it is! YOU kidnapped me! YOU brought me here. YOU wanted revenge! Why am I even here?"
"We wanted revenge."
"No, there's something more than that." I glared at him.
"Fine. I want your brother dead, with his smart comments, and smart Alec remarks. He's one of the most powerful gone wrong experiments I know. All of the villains want him dead. There's a reward for it 1 million bucks for him. And I'm gonna be the one to turn him in." I grabbed his collar.
"Touch him, and I swear I will kill you myself." I snarled my words at him and walked away.

Becca wasn't too happy on fighting Poison Ivy again. But what made it even worse was the fact that Ivy had it out for her. So hanging upside down while on of Ivy's plants held onto her ankles was definitely on Becca's list...

It was an average evening at Mount Justice. Megan was baking, Artemis and Wally arguing, Super Boy watching static, Scatty and Aqualad talking about warrior methods and how they have changed over time (ugh, boring) while me and Robin played a game of War.

(1)It takes him a while, but Red Tornado finally tracks the paint back to its source. It's been splattered all over the walls and corridors of the mountain, as if a whirlwind holding paint sets had blown through, which, now that he thinks about it, might be fairly accurate.

He follows the trajectories and quantities, keeping a running chart in his head, and deduces that it's all heading for the living room.

"I think you've killed enough people." he said, gasping as Reaper's scythe cut him on his side.

Revenge stumbled back from Reaper's blow to his leg. Reaper came at him again, swinging his scythe and laughing like a maniac.

Revenge squatted on the rooftop. For the fourth night in a row, rain poured down in New York City. New Years was approaching fast and better weather would be nice to start off the new year.
